Withdraw rejected and delayed after account verification

I played at Lucky Circus Casino using a bonus. The bonus wagering requirements were fully completed in accordance with the terms. After completion, I requested a withdrawal of €2,302.
Before submitting the withdrawal request, I uploaded all required KYC verification documents. Each document showed a green check mark, indicating that it had been reviewed and approved. I also contacted live chat before requesting the withdrawal and was explicitly informed that my account was fully verified and that I could proceed with the withdrawal. I have screenshots and chat transcripts confirming this.
Despite this confirmation, my withdrawal request was later rejected. When I contacted support, I was told that additional documents were required, even though those documents had already been uploaded and verified prior to the withdrawal request.
Later, support stated the following:
“Because there was documentation pending verification, after reviewing it, we have confirmed that you have verified it. Now, please just wait for your new withdrawal to be reviewed.”
This explanation is contradictory and misleading. My account verification had already been completed and confirmed before the withdrawal was requested. Verification is now being used retroactively as a reason to delay or reject payment.
At this point:
• The bonus wagering requirements were fully met
• All verification documents were uploaded and approved
• Account verification was confirmed by live chat
• No additional documents are required
There is no valid reason for my withdrawal to be rejected or delayed. I believe Lucky Circus Casino is unjustly withholding my funds and providing inconsistent explanations.
I am requesting that Lucky Circus Casino process and release my €2,302 withdrawal without further delay. I am willing to provide screenshots of verification status and chat confirmations to support this complaint.

Update: I am currently in an ongoing dispute with Lucky Circus Casino regarding withheld winnings.

Before using the Arcane Month bonus, I contacted live chat multiple times to confirm whether there was any maximum cashout limit. I was clearly told there was no limit and to proceed as usual. I have screenshots of this confirmation.

After wagering was completed and winnings were generated, the casino stated there was a €1,000 withdrawal cap and canceled the remaining balance. This contradicts the information provided by their own support before play.

The matter is now under dispute and has been escalated, with evidence provided.

They hold your money for ransom

I went to withdraw and they asked for verification I sent everything they would need to verify my account quickly they said I was verified I go to withdraw and they ask for statements I already sent anyways they kept not approving them for 3 weeks the same documents. In the end I told them my bank manager needed a contact number to speak to them because they were getting frustrated with me in the end they sent the money to me after 3 and a half weeks they approved the same docs they were rejecting and sent my money. If you want to get mucked around when you want to withdraw join this casino otherwise stay away..

🎪 Lucky Circus Casino : le seul cirque où le clown, c’est toi quand tu essaies de retirer tes gains.

Déposer de l’argent ? Un vrai charme. Ils te le prennent avec le sourire.
Mais gagner 75$ ? Là, c’est comme si t’avais braqué leur coffre-fort.

Deux semaines, 20 courriels, 20 clavardages, des preuves à n’en plus finir :
📸 Permis, selfie, preuve de résidence, preuves de paiement…
J’ai presque envoyé mon ADN.

Et malgré tout ça ? Ils me redemandent une photo d’une carte virtuelle disparue depuis des siècles.
Spoiler : ils ne veulent pas payer.

🎰 Les jeux sont fun, je l’avoue. Mais le service ?
Un sketch sans fin. On dirait qu’ils ont été formés à dire “on vous revient là-dessus” en boucle.

💸 Conclusion ? Si tu veux voir ton argent faire un tour de montagnes russes sans jamais revenir, t’es au bon endroit.
Mais si tu veux être payé… choisis un vrai casino, pas une mascarade.

At this point, it’s less about protecting your customers and more about wearing them down with absurd steps and repetitive, even incoherent, requests.

Your response feels more like an automatic copy-paste than a genuine attempt to help. If you truly care about customer satisfaction, I suggest you stop going in circles and resolve this properly — because patience may be a virtue, but it's not infinite.

Scamers and cheaters

Run and don't trust does who hive them ,5 stars. Firstly they don't have support chat, email are sending by robots. ,5 times I send the bank statement and recieving emails again and again to sent my bank statements, every time I want to windrawn. They won't allow you to cash out. The most interesting is that they sent me email saying that my documents were approved and I passed verification but as I told you they cancel all the time windrawn.. cheaters and scamers. Also they won't allow to win anything on they games. They control the games
