Great customer service and immediate email responses!
Only thing is that Miffy lamp without a power plug is a bit fiddly because I keep swapping it with IPhone charger and I think it would make so much more sense if it came with it.
It’s ordered and will be sent to me free of charge hopefully soon, so I cannot complain.

The supplier did go through a short period were UK plugs were removed, whilst they carried out necessary safety checks. But I'm glad we were able to assist you with this and provide a solution.

Customer service is excellent, they informed me when a product came back into stock to enable me to order. The product arrived within a couple of days and is exactly as expected.

Awesome Customer Service!
I thought i had placed an error the week before but for some reason it didn't go through (my fault possibly & i didn't notice that i hadn't had an order confirmation). HOWEVER when i realised Pranjal in customer services was awesome in quickly getting the new orders processed and goods despatched for me! Excellent communication to keep me updated throughout. Beware if you live outside of UK
Lullabuy is probably fine if you live in the UK. However I live in Ireland and ordered one item on August 11th, which eventually got delivered after a lot of hassle on Sept 8th. Lullabuy use Hermes to deliver their products in Ireland. Hermes are in short, awful.
I had a lot of trouble getting Hermes to deliver the parcel. Their customer service is really terrible. The only way to communicate with them is through Live Chat. I had to wait 20 mins for someone to become available on Live Chat, and after all that they were unable to help me and told me I had to contact the vendor.
So I did contact Lullabuy, and got a reply 5 days later.
During that 5 days, I was getting increasingly frustrated, so I lodged a complaint with Paypal's resolution centre.
I do wonder if Lullabuy only dealt with my issue because I had raised it via Paypal...
In any event, Lullabuy do not have a phone number to contact them, which is unbelievably annoying and frustrating when something goes wrong, and is very poor customer service.
Would I order from Lullabuy again? No
Would I order from anyone using Hermes? Never ever.
PS I was very happy with the item when it did eventually arrive.

I'm glad to hear you liked the trophy head.
In regards to our customer services, I believe we did receive and read your message but seem to have forgotten to get back to you, which we apologies for. We always try our best to respond within 24hrs and this is an area we are always trying to improve. Since we got back to your message we have been in constant contact, updating you with any news we receive and informing you where the parcel is and how to retrieve your parcel.
In terms of your delivery experience, I believe your order has now been delivered successfully. But in our defense, your order was placed on Saturday 11/08/18, dispatched on Tuesday 14/08/18 and an unsuccessful delivery attempt was made on 21/08/18, which no one was present to accept. The parcel has since been waiting at the local depot for a free redeliver / collection, awaiting instructions from the customer and only recently had new instruction been presented to the delivery company hence the delivery now completed.
We sincerely apologies for the experience you have experienced with us and I hope you can give us another go in the near future to change your mind about us.

Not enough to put me off ordering again as there is a wide range of items unavailable elsewhere but still quite inconvenient.
