I ordered a white knitted vest with an image of a cat on it that looked like it was made of a wool material and had the image embroidered on it. What I received a vest that was a very cheap looking polyester fabric with the image printed on it - so very disappointing as I was hoping to wear this xmas lunch. The difference in quality makes me feel very scammed as even though it technically looks the same - it is not. I would never trust this company again as they are clearing using AI to generate their product images as I would have never have bought this product for the cost they charged - a complete scam in my opinion

Still waiting for my products 5 weeks after ordering….no sign of shipment yet.

Order showed up today, August 12th, 2025. Everything looks fine and my 4th of July shirts look good and fit good. Just wish they would have got here sooner.

The delivery time was extremely long and the quality of the items ordered was very poor. The material type of the received product did not look anything like the product on the website. Many of the themes on items are very patriotic, yet the things I ordered were all produced in China and the company is based in Hong Kong.

Ordered may 19 delivered July 19 for one shirt. A new record for poor service. Don't buy here you will be screwed

I had an issue with the delivery of an item I ordered. I reached out to Lulubetter with my concern, and was quickly contacted by Mia (via email). When I tell you that Mia's attention to my issue was amazing, and her sincerity and follow up was the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service I have ever experienced! Mia and the Team at Lulubetter addressed my issue and now they have created a system with their logistical partners that will improve the communication with customers! I am a Lulubetter customer for life & highly recommend this organization 👌

I absolutely love Lulubetter. From their ethical production to their awesome clothing quality in most of their items (they’re items you will own for a long time) and great customer service, they’ve become my go-to for clothing. Oh, one of the greatest features, given that online shopping for clothes can be so hit or miss, is their sizing suggestions based on your measurements. 90% of everything I’ve gotten with them fits like a glove 😊

The package arrived in about two weeks, well-packaged, and the clothes were clean and tidy. Thanks to customer service for helping me modify my address; although their email responses were a bit slow, the problem was resolved.

I'm not overly impressed with the shipping time for my recent purchase. It took three weeks to arrive, which seemed excessive. Despite this, the items were packed well and arrived in perfect condition. They were just as described and I'm happy with the quality. I only wish the shipping process was quicker.

Very good support for having received two of the same products and being charged twice, from having used Pay Pal (must've gotten hung up). They've offered me a discount code to buy something else, and to just keep the duplicate item so as not to have to pay for shipping back to them.

Ordered it for party and found the design detailed and eerie, fitting perfectly for the occasion. Shipping was slow, taking three weeks. Quality feels decent for the price but quicker delivery would improve the experience.

The only reason I give it one star is because I can’t give it no stars! I ordered supposedly a sweater with a picture of a Dotson on it for my daughter a Christmas sweater! I’ll try to attach a picture of the ad on their website. it’s definitely a sweater with a Dotson on it. What I received in a mail was a cheap nylon T-shirt with a print of a Dotson and a print of a sweater printed on a shitty shirt if that is not false advertisement, I don’t know what is so. I tried to send it back and I get an email back from them that they will allow me to return it "at my expense, I would have to pay shipping."and they will give me 30% back. So basically it would cost me money to ship it back to them because they’re only willing to give me $7.20 back after they receive the shitty T-shirt back. What a scam if I’m not the only one that this happened to please post more I would love to start a class action suit against these scammers!!! people like this need to be accountable!

My order arrived quickly and was securely packaged. The shipping was smooth, no issues at all. It was a fantastic buying experience. Recommended for those who value punctuality and reliability.

The shirts I ordered were beautiful, and I was kept informed during the entire process. One of the shirts I received had a manufacturing mistake. Lulubetter asked me to provide a picture of the issue and then they quickly arranged a replacement. The shirts are colorfast, and have not shrunk during drying on low heat (haven't tried high heat). Overall I'm happy I took the chance.
P.S. Wife saw my shirts and placed an order too.

I don't often dabble in buying brand clothes. Lulubetter has been on my radar for a while but when I first noticed them there were only a few clothing items on sale and I was unsure.. I saw someone I follow promote the brand which prompted me to finally try it out, I got a full outfit for myself. And oh my goodness.. I am in love!!! These are so comfortable! I like that it is not fully linen so the textile is more durable but it is also still breathable and easy to move around in. I love these so much I definitely want to get more! The design is more unique but simple. I am happy to see more clothing items being sold at Lulubetter and I hope they will get the support they deserve to design even more items!

I live in USA and was happy that the shipping cost was decent as well and there were no issues with shipping either.

I highly recommend!!
