They take 7-8 weeks to get your shipment to you. They send you a tracking number which is worthless because it gives you zero information other than "waiting customs clearance". Customer service begs you to keep waiting. PayPal is no help because they will reverse the claim because you eventually got the damn thing even if it was too late since it was a seasonal item or gift!!

Very very poor, ordered christmas jumpers at the start of Dec 24, arrived in the new year… not only that but the quality is very poor and the material is like a Hessian sack. If you see this company avoid!

Do not bother purchasing. A sweater purchased came as a light print thermal and not the sweater shown on their website. This is false advertising. The company itself does not provide full returns and requires the customer to pay to have it shipped back to them. So far, they have not confirmed receipt of the package sent to the address they provided. They first attempted to give me a 30% refund, then a 60%. Just be careful with sites like these.

The product ordered in early November was promised a 3-week delivery time. Nearly 2 months later it still has not arrived. When enquiring with Lulubetter customer service, they were unable to track the delivery and said It may be a couple more months. Too late for Christmas, which has already passed. Lulubetter has refused to cancel the order or provide a refund. They said they are not responsible for delivery. Once the order leaves the factory, it is out of their control. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from and will not be ordering from them again. There is ZERO accountability. They are a sham company. The only reason they got 1 star is because there is no option for zero stars.

Lying misrepresenting con artists. Do not buy.

This is a US company. I made the mistake of making a purchase from this company when it arrived I felt it did not match the discription. Size was much too be large and more akin to a fleece lined t-shirt. When I expressed the wish to return item they tried a part refund of a paltry amount and to keep item C I refused and returned it at C more expense than anticipated. The refund was less than paid they must have taken off their postal cost. An expensive mistake. Never use this company.

I think that they should make more clear where this is coming from. I was led to believe this would be delivered in a week and had no idea it was coming from China.
I will never buy something from this company or any related company again.

These items took over a month to receive. I was very excited to receive my sweater to wear to Christmas parties. I truly wish I could attach a photo here The website photo is a nice looking "sweater". What I received was a cheap thermal long sleeve t-shirt instead of a sweater..... The only resemblance is the logo and even that is significantly cheaper looking.
These products are complete garbage. Please save your money.

Hi I’ve recently received my jumper and am very disappointed - it looks NOTHING like the picture in the ad which showed a chunky-knit Christmas sweater but what arrived is a thin polyester waffle sweatshirt with a cheap printed image 😡 …I also notice theres a “no returns” policy, which says it all and goes against consumer rights in most countries.

This is everything that’s bad about click bait > drop-ship businesses. No wonder Trustpilot and online review scores are so low - I wish I’d checked TP before purchasing this junk… lesson learned.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my shirt. Two weeks after the order, my bank acct was compromised and I had to freeze everything. Coincidence? I think not. Stay away from these people.

Still waiting on my order a month after ordering. I paid over $100 for my order and they've lost the tracking info. I'm thinking it may or may not come. Not reliable - and likely a scam.

Quality is comically bad. So far from what they advertise on their site it is funny. Looks like you're buying knitted sweaters, instead you get the poorest print on a flat plastic sheet you can't even pretend is a fabric. It took almost a month to get this garbage.

Very very slow fulfilment. Product did arrive after about 3-4 weeks. It’s low quality. Moral of the story: you get what you pay for, eventually.

Jumper supplied is completely different from the advertised.

Do not use these people they are a complete scam!!! What is sent will not be what is advertised. Materials are completely different do not use them
