Purchased a Milk Lamp and received a counterfeit. Lamp had no electrical certificates (UL/NRTL, CSA, and CE). Wanted me to pay over $100 to ship back to China and slow, rude, and awful customer service. Super glue all over the front glass...and the lap didnt even work. I spent a year fighting the credit card company to reimburse me without success. STAY AWAY.

I received 1 of 2 packages and 10 emails later. Nothing. No support. There is a Lisa in support, but she never answered any questions and kept using the same script. So, either it's a bot, or she must the one of the dumbest people to walk this earth. I hope it's the first. My God!

I ordered 12 lamps from them. One arrived completely dead on arrival. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 20% discount on the price of the one lamp as though that is some kind of favor to me. I will never buy anything from them again. Be warned, they are obviously scammers.

I ordered a wireless table lamp for $50 including shipping.
It arrived about 3 weeks later in less than adequate packaging. Once put together, it worked initially, though I was disappointed how cheap the quality.
Then when I went to recharge the lamp, the docking port, literally fell out of the enclosed shade. I took photos,and sent them to Customer service with an explanation. They refused to replace or credit me for the lamp. This was not a performance issue as much as a quality control issue. Their customer service initially offered me a partial refund, I was shocked as ive never heard of that on a new product. Then they said they would not be able to help me at all.
My $50.00 lesson, only order from Amazon!
This company should be reported for scamming buyers.

I ordered two fairy lighted olive branches. The description said 120 leds per branch. The branches came 2 weeks later and they are so cheap and small. There are less than 20 leds per branch. I paid $100-$50 each!!! What a rip off. And no way to contact the company of course! Ugh!

I ordered a ceiling lamp from this company and it arrived completely broken and unusable. On their website it says they will either send you a replacement or offer a full refund. I emailed them pictures of the broken lamp and at first they wanted me to buy a new one at a discount. When I mentioned their refund policy they said they would send me a new one. Well, it has been over a month and I haven't gotten a refund or replacement and now they aren't responding to my emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They send defective products and will not honor their return policy.
