I ordered some bottle lights in April and I still haven't received my products. Despite me contacting Customer Services 4 times I am still waiting for a response! It is now mid June and I still don't have my products or a refund. I am now wondering if this is a scam company.

Total scam avoid, wish I read this page before hand, 6 weeks after I returned the item no refund just says still in customs. What you receive is very far apart to what was showing on website

Bought a Cat and Dog. Website clearly states it's Handmade Stained Glass. Nope. It is much smaller than what website shows, and it's cheap plastic - not Stained Glass and not Resin...as Support is claiming!

Lying...is never a good way to do business! Do not buy from this place! Not worth the cost or even the sale price! Isn't worth $2.00 let alone the $50 per piece I wasted on them!!! Straight to trash.

Purchased a small plastic cat that illuminated inside with white LED lights plugged in using a usb terminal.
The item failed after a few months because it shorted and the lighting cable melted. This could have been catastrophic. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY the electrical goods are dangerous.

Would have given this -5 had that been an option. Cheap rubbish and a huge scam. The website says they’ve been trading for decades. This company was incorporated in 2024! Contacted them to say I wanted to cancel once I read reviews on here, they obviously said that was impossible. Did get my money back through my credit card company. DO NOT BUY, it’s a total scam.

I ordered a Cat Lamp. When it arrived it was cheap resine looking not like glass in the advert, I paid £39.95 and still going back and forwards for a full refund. The Cat was a lot smaller also. They are now saying will give a 30% reduction if I keep the Cat. I was under the impression these lamps came out of America, but obviously China. Why are they still allowed to get away with this?

Please be VERY AWARE.
Mis sold mis leading and try and get you to return to China which will cost you more money.
Absoulte scam of a site stating family owned and closing down sale. Reduced from 150 to 40. Its laughable. They are a rotten company and fake. Praying on vunreable people.

Absolutely disgraceful an insult to my intelligence as I was really taken aback by the oictured beautiful STAINED GLASS LAMPS::: so called hand crafted by stained glass by craftsmen more like santas elves in toy land by mass production how on earth anyone would willingly pay £180 full price .is beyond me, I had the chihuahua and it looks no bigger than a fat mouse. With squat legs and acute case of anaemia it’s on a USB lead not a proper lamp not artisan craft, scam scam scam they expect ,me to pay packaging and postage and customs fees to send back.they messaged me 3 times asking me to keep goods And get 15% refund on my costs .then next time a message of keep the goods and 30% refund on my costs .then next message was 60% refund and keep the goods.for which I replied that they know they are at fault of shoddy goods. .this was their final offer , I told them I wouldn’t even give to my kids. They are actually on EBay for £10 I wouldn’t given£5 I would have willingly paid the full price if the goods were 100% stained glass lamp with plug and light bulb. One disgusted very unhappy customer.

Like everyone else here I fell for the blurb and lovely pictures. Then my dog light arrived, it is absolutely tat, nothing like the pictures. I laughed out loud until I remembered i had paid good money. They offered me 15% off then 30% off to keep it. Or I could have a 60% credit - so I could have even more tat!
I want to show my family how crap it is compared to the picture I fell for and have agood laugh, but I can't deal with how embarrassing that would be.
Please don't buy any of these, they wouldn't even give these away at funfairs! It's all a con, do your research, buyer beware.

My husband bought me one of these dog lamps for Valentine’s Day and it’s the funniest thing I’ve ever seen. He thought a beautiful stained glass lamp was showing up, it turned out to be a chunk of plastic with coloured spots and an LED strip loosely shoved up the bum. I was crying laughing at the AI old people on the website I can’t believe he fell for it. 0/5 for the product as it’s a shame he was so blatantly scammed but 5/5 for the actual tears I’ve had laughing about this. We’re keeping the lamp, it’s the most hysterical lamp I’ve ever seen.

I purchased a Dachshund lamp and when it arrived it was nothing like the picture i then later found out that the Dachshund in the picture was AI generated so it was false advertisement in my opinion I would never have paid the amount for said lamp i am now returning it so let’s see how this process goes.

I have give 1 star and that’s for postage, the dog I ordered looked nothing like the advertisement especially around the mouth and looks cheap and nasty. To say disappointed would be the correct assessment of this product and the old adage comes into mind

DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, my mum purchased what i can only describe as a piece of rubbish dog lamp, extremley poor quality,only half of it is painted, chipped, covered in glue, after a week of back and forth emails to the company still no refund, they wont give me the return address

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Not made of glass(more like a cheap resin/plastic)site should be removed, nothing like what the lamps look like on the web site. Please do yourself a huge favour,save your money,definitely NOT WORTH IT.

Absolute tat! Solvent and loose/unconnected wires everywhere. Cheap moulded plastic not glass and looks like it's been painted by children in nursery school. Website is a con and should be shut down, looks like a lovely small business set in an area of outstanding natural beauty somewhere (not god knows where China). Also the dear old lady who's lost her partner has been closing down by close of business everyday for months!! Unsafe, useless and dangerous products DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also not worth sending back as you have to pay postage and returns label is the address in China which is not mentioned at all on website.

Absolutely rubbish product.. the product looks cheap and plastic. Not worth the money at all. It is a scam...it has also available on Amazon ( only saw the bad reviews there after getting the item that I ordered and realised how bad it is).

If I could give "0" I would. Nothing has arrived. I ordered a cat lamp for the wife, she's struggling with kidney failure. Despite numerous contacts they refuse to acknowledge I ordered from them. But.....I have also been pondering the size of the item. Clearly bigger in the picture than in the description. Scammers. I'm disgusted by them.

This is an update on two dog lights which eventually arrived despite the vague and confusing tracking. I am afraid my view of the marketing remains the same. The actual models seem much smaller than in the advertisement. The design is also different. For example, the chihuahua was illustrated with the correct spindly legs while the model received has chunky legs. I have since found what look very similar on Temu at a fraction of the cost again. I just wonder??
