Not worth a One Star. Drop shipping from China. There policy when you complain is you send it back to China and you pay all shipping costs. Full money back Guarantee trumps any policy they hide behind if in the UKDont know about other countries. If you used a Visa or Visa Debit card make a Draw Back claim ! Don’t let these scammers get away with with it. Make that claim.

The advert gave the impression of a lovely lamp, made from coloured glass, that I bought to give as a present.
It turned out to be an extremely disappointing piece of cheap coloured/painted plastic. Too embarrassing to give as a present.
I would put a value of around £3 on it, as some sort of novelty toy.
It came from China, which I didn't expect from the advert.
I would advise everybody to avoid the disappointment I've experienced.

There is very little that I can add to what other reviewers have said about the products from Lumiere-Ateliers. I would just additionally warn that they are only one of many such operators punting exactly the same rubbish. Cheap Chinese tat. Only wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing.

This Company is a SCAM. I bought a lamp in good faith and it turned out to be an extremly poor replica of what was advertised. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.
The parcel arrived from England; poorly packaged and I ended up with no option than to have to return it to CHINA at a cost of £21 - hoping for my refund of £40. I will be out £21... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Stated as being hand-crafted in glass and would be sent via Royal Mail, the product turned out to be a mass-produced cheap piece of resin sent via EVRi. When asked for a refund I was given an address in China rather than a UK address from which it obviously came. Fair warning, do not deal with this company. Its certainly taught me a lesson; read a company's reviews before purchasing,

Another victim of scam here. The quality of there products are so poor, honestly my teenage daughter could print better on her 3d printer. They suppose to be mains operated but turned up with usb connector. They are tiny is size and the fact that when I wanted to return then I was faced with barrage of refusals and offers of discounts and all failed promises. I have now decided to write to the Chinese Communist party to complain about this seller who is clearly pretending to be what they are not. I won’t give up hope

After an excessive amount of text nessages from their delivery company Evri , including one to say its been delivered. It is no where to be seen.
Have I been scammed.?
I have reported this to the company and they responded... Great news its been delivered. This may be the case but NOT TO ME. Where to from here ? There is no phone number.

Like others I've fallen for a huge con. I ordered two of the cats and have received two poorly painted bits of plastic with a USB connection. The Facebook advert shows a pleasant elderly lady producing her wares, the impression is that she is from the west, probably American - AI has a lot to answer for. The tracking notice alerted me to the Chinese factor, and the quality of the product was determined before unpacking as it weighed less than a kilo of feathers. Sadly we've all been guilty of "if it looks too good to be true, then it probably is". Next stop Facebook, find the ad and hopefully warn others off.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ! D O NOT order from this company. I ordered 5 lights , as family keepsakes presents , as I Loved the lights so much.As they were made with pride and professionalism . And was so excited receiving them . To my total dismay and gullibility! the lights I received were the cheapest , tackiest , imitation of the Beautiful lights they show on their website. They looked as tho a child had painted them. It has cost me £55 to return them back to China. As returns are the receivers responsibility. I do have to say that when I sent my email of dissatisfaction they replied very quickly.And offered 15% refund to keep them. I have learnt a very hard lesson. Not to believe what you always see on the internet.

Does not even deserve 1 star. Totally fake item. Cheap tacky lump of plastic. Nothing like item advertised . Wish I had looked at these reviews beforehand. company needs closing down. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Wanted me to pay refund charges to China . Would only give me a % of my money back

If i could give it zero star, I would. This is a complete fraud and the advertised goods are nothing like the real items. These were delivered as cheap plastic and faulty goods. I tried to contact the seller and it tried everything it could to make me keep it by offering incremental increase in discounts which i refused. It turns out they are actually based in China and wants you to cover all costs to return the goods before refunding. I just contacted my credit card company and sent them all the evidence and - although the case remains opened - i have been refunded all my costs. Do not trust

Shame!!! Shame on all those pretending this is an authentic product!, Wish I'd checked out this page before buying - lesson learned. As with other buyers the item is just cheap plastic from China - no stained glass, lovingly created blah blah blah. Yes, reading the returns states there must be a defect for a refund and you pay for the postage too. No wonder there;'s no 'reviews' section on their website - only got one star because there's no option for no stars or minus stars.

I ordered an Artisan hand crafted poodle lamp, what I received is a moulded plastic piece of junk! There aren't any CE electric safety markings so use at your own risk.

I too have fallen for the lies of this company. It was advertised on Instagram and as everyone says it’s cheap plastic. No way is it hand crafted. They sent us the wrong lamp and it rattles so there’s something inside. I have complained various times today and they reply offering a 15% refund and that I would have to pay the return fees. No way am I doing that. As they have refused to refund me I will contact my credit card company. Can’t believe they get away with it. Do not buy it’s not high quality item. It’s cheap plastic.

I so wish there was an option for a minus rating Should never be fooled by Facebook adverts. Advert says hand crafted by professional craftspeople. mmmm never in a million years. What you see is nothing like what you get. Handcrafted my eye. I was so looking forward to giving my wife a colourful lamp of a Boarder Collie and what did I get a cheap lump of plastic.

This a complete rip off company. Please do not order from then. What you get is nothing like what is shown on the website. Cheap Chinese rubbish. So disappointed and annoyed with myself for falling for such a blatant con.
