11 days and items still not dispatched
I ordered 11 days ago and up until yesterday, I hadn't received my items or any communication from Luna. I emailed and messaged through Instagram and did get a response telling me the warehouse was at fault but the issue had been rectified and my items would be dispatched.
I've still had no notice of dispatch so I messaged again, asking if my items would be dispatched today. I've had no response.
At this point, I wish I hadn't bothered to place the order and an left wanting a refund. Absolutely awful service.
