Luna Clothing Store 

I ordered jeans from here on 23rd june and i kept checking the shipping and delivery information, and it said they arrived 2 days ago. they haven’t arrived and i’ve just lost £60 as a 15 year old who doesn’t work and saved up over 2 months for that. i contacted them over and over again saying it hasn’t arrived, asking for a refund, i’ve had absolutely no response. there goes my money

I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing. The quality that arrived was not what was represented from the website that I ordered from.
The product came from China and not from Toronto like it was advertised. Do not order from this company.

Do not buy from this company; they completely scammed me. I saw this beautiful dress on their website but when it came in (one month later) it was nothing like the picture. The only thing that was the same between the two dresses was the colour. They won't even respond to my emails asking for a refund now even though they say on their website that they provide refund.

Cheap product and very deceptive pictures to have you buy. Dont buy you will be throwing your money away.

Luna Toronto is a scam store pretending to be from Canada. DO NOT buy from them their items are cheap crap from China. I ordered a Denim dress that came as polyester, a 3 piece suit that came as a 2 piece, and the remain items were cheap crap. I insisted they return my money in full, but of course only after I shipped them back to China at my cost. I explained I wanted shipping covered as this was not my fault, had they sent the right items advertised on their site I wouldn't be returning anything. They only offered up to 30% back. Do Not but from this store ever!

Zero stars I cancelled my order 2 minutes after placing which is well within their 6 hour cancellation window. We have exchanged 106 emails. They say that the window is 6 hours, then all sales are final. I asked to send my file to manager, CEO etc. i askedif we could meet in person and discuss, they didn’t respond to that. They tried to close my file, I said no. Terrible company we ve been communicating since March.

Total scam!!! Store is not based in Toronto. Everything coming from china. Nothing like pictures. The worst quality. Total garbage and scam. I am so upset

Disgusting product, especially for thr price. You think you are ordering local but it is just Amazon type clothing from China. I regret this purchase. I regret everything about dealing with this company and no one should ever order anything from it.

This store is a complete scam. I am kicking myself for not reading these reviews before purchasing. To make matters worse, I reached out 6 days ago to initiate a refund, with no response. I will be disputing my purchase with Visa.

Please dont order from this scam of a shop! My order just arrived and looks nothing like the photo or the material. It's so cheaply made i couldve just ordered off shein. In fact, my order i ordered from shein was a week after and that arrived earlier! I emailed them after 10days of no word of shipment and they emailed back about a week later they were checking over the product that it meets standards. What a joke, it's taken almost a month since ordering im in Australia and have just received it. Disgustingggggg

Bad quality and the products are not what is pictured. The return is the responsibility of the customer to send to China, so it’s basically a scam. You’re better off ordering on Temu at least it’s cheap.

Luna is misleading. They claim to be Canadian and then ship product from China. Quality horrible. They shipped the wrong size and want me to pay to return dress to China. I would not recommend shipping from them. They offered me a 10% refund for their mistake.

I ordered several items from this website that looked legitimate, but what I received was incredibly poor quality and doesn’t even resemble what was shown online. I’m extremely disappointed that I fell for this and wasted a ridiculous amount of money on items that are basically unwearable. I’ve tried contacting the seller multiple times, but all I’m getting is radio silence. Save your money—this site is not to be trusted.

If I could provide zero star review I would ! I was in shock when I received my order, didn't know whether to laugh or cry looked nothing like the photo that was advertised, thank God I went looking for a dress months before my occasion I would have been distort even more than I am now !
Contacted the customer service team and what a joke received an email advising they'd offer 10% discount straight away sorry 10% discount on my item was $13.50 declined then was offered 20% and the final offer was 30% and if you wanted to return it you have to cover he costs to ship to China lol. Honestly stay away from these scammers !
Dispute the charge with your bank or simply be smart and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

If I could give zero stars I would. Quality of the garment was cheap and nasty and then returning the garment for a refund was definitely NOT HASSLE FREE as described. Warning: returns must be sent back to China, not to the warehouse in NSW (AUST) that it was shipped from so you have to pay for international tracked packaging. I would not recommend shopping at this online store. Quality is the same as Shein or Temu but 6x the price. Shein and Temu have a far better returns system where the customer is not out of pocket.

If I could give zero stars I would. The product they sent was completely faulty unwearable it was so bad it was funny. Also a feral yellow colour nothing like the soft yellow I ordered. They won’t refund keep offering me 10 then 15 then 20 then 30 percent back. I keep saying why would I want to keep your dodgy product. It was $85 what a joke. I emailed them the day I received it - and then today they decided it was now outside the 30 day refund policy so they can’t refund even though I have requested a refund since the day I received. They are awful don’t order.

Product was not as pictured or described. Refund process required self funding shipment to China.
