I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!! WHAT A SCAM. The product is deplorable. Cheap material badly crafted that looks nothing like the picture. No labels or tags and absolute disgrace. And then they mess you around trying to get a refund. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

Disgraceful. They do not abide by their return policy, the quality is absolutely horrific. It’s 100% a scam.

This company is disgusting!! I cannot even get a response from the email address or tickets!! I paid £35 for a jumpsuit that is nothing like the pictures or videos!!!

Absolutely disgraceful company that sends products that are plastic. Don’t buy from Luna Mae, waste of money and time because they refused to honour their return policy.

I ordered a beautiful floral dress, well what looked beautiful and was completely the opposite. Tacky, short, and wouldn’t even zip up on the side! Never buy from there please it’s a waste of time and money

Terrible company. As noted by others what you receive is nothing like the photo when you buy. For a refund you have to pay to send the product to China. They will not acknowledge that the item received is not the one in the picture. Complete scam! Zero stars! Your money is gone if you try to buy anything and you will not get what you oredered.

Luna first leads you to believe they are in Toronto Canadian based. Wrong! China.
No returns. No response to emails they initiated. The quality sizing everything is cheap across the board. I ordered linen and got all synthetics.
I wish I had checked here first.

Will never order from Luna again. ordered a sweater advertised as "premium cotton" and got a cheap and ugly sweater made with 95% polyester and 5% spandex. the return policy is designed so that you won't return the items - you have to mail to China at significant cost and i had no confidence that i would get the refund. everything about my experience with Luna was dreadful!!!

SCAM…cheap quality, abysmal workmanship on white dress for $89! Garment does not resemble the ad.
Only return offered is to mail it to mainland China for an outrageous sum.
Do Not Order Anything !

would give 0 stars. this is a scam. the sweater they advertised i know realize was a hand knit one they stole the design from off of tiktok or instagram. they masqueraded as a local shop to me but their warehouse is based in china. i tried to get a refund and they told me to to ship back the item, which i have, but i did not get tracking as it would have been $98 CAD. they are trying to say that without tracking they won’t know when the package arrives despite me including my order information in the return package.

Wish I could give this less stars. This store is a scam the sweater I ordered on the website said it was made of cashmere however the one I received was clearly a knock off version made of acrylic. Only 10% offered for a return and no accountability for their unethical practices

I ordered on Dec 28 from where I thought was Toronto Canada. I knew we would be away mid January so I thought it would be 7-14 days to arrive, I then see that the order is being shipped from China, last notice I did receive was Jan 12 and it was still in Missasauga Canada.
I should have checked this out before I ordered,

This Company is a scam. Cheap quality and don't think you can return anything. Your option is 10 % back and keep the item or you have to pay for postage back to China. How much would that cost???

The outfit on line looked so nice and well made however when I received mine I was thoroughly disappointed by the quality and fit. When I contacted them to do a return for a refund I was told to take pictures of it and send to them which I did and in the end all I would get back was 10% of the cost. They actually don’t even deserve the one star I gave them.

Do not use, the orders are not fulfilled all you receive are (false) apologetic emails. There is no customer service and from what I could tell no intent to ever provide the goods. After months of chasing I gave up, fortunately it wasn’t a big order but it was for my teenage daughter who is disappointed and feels scammed.
