Luna Clothing Store 

Please do not order from this company, ordered for my granddaughter on the 01/02/23 and still have not received any items from the order, same standard email sent out when email customer services, no update or refund processed, definitely not worth a 1 star but had to put on to review

No order arrived after two months. Shocking customer service

If I could give zero stars I would, placed order 2nd march 2023 its now 11th May 2023 still no order sent emails which got responded to weeks later, was told its a extra 30days as popular items replied yet again requesting refund told there be sent out soon, again i sent email requesting to cancel order and to refund me no response. Items was for my daughters birthday on 14th April this company is the worst I've ever used and warn you do not give them your hard earned money, I have since gone to my bank to try get transaction refund.

Beställt ett plagg i februari . Ej fått företaget har tagit betalt o svarar på flera mail att de hade mkt att göra men varan var skickad o skulle komma snart . Nu har 3 månader gått ingen vara.

Great vibe in the store. Young lady's employed there really set the tone for their clothing and accessories with their colorful personalities.
Items in the store were display with accurate sizes and matching color displays. I enjoyed myself.
