Great Pod and well made.

I ordered car seat for my puppy whippet. I wanted something that she can grow into and good quality. I was recommended L&B by a friend.
Postage and packaging no issues. Assembly was initially a bit puzzling, but it is actually very easy, just insert pillows and zip everything.
My pup loved it. She went inside, chewed it a bit and then slept for 2 hours straight.

It is a premium price, but so far feels like it time proof.

Awesome product and the very best in customer service. The team go out of their way to make sure you are happy and exceed expectations. Highly recommend

An excellent product that was simple to fit into the car, now just waiting for the puppy to arrive to test drive it!

The Luther Lounger is definitely a luxury item and will be used when we are away from home. Our Pomeranian is already very comfortable travelling in her Dog Pod so it seemed logical to have a Luther Lounger to complete the set! Great quality. Thank you.

So after writing my initial review regarding customer service Luther Bennett have gone over and above to put things right- it’s always a mark of a company how they deal with things when they go wrong and so I wanted to amend my review to reflect that.
I really appreciate the time you’ve taken to personally contact me and the offer to extend the discount. It’s a really great quality product - still to be tested in the car yet but if it works I would have absolutely no qualms about ordering another.. Thank you for providing great customer service.

Great service and great quality product. I am unable to review the travel pod yet as it is a pre order but the Luther lounger is great and can be taken anywhere. I will be ideal for our new pup when we take him on holiday to the new forest

I did wonder if my springer sized cocker would comfortably fit in the pod as most photos featured smallish dogs. It’s perfect 🤩

I’ve spend a week trying to place an order and still haven’t been able to.
I emailed them to tell them that although they state on the website they delivered worldwide, when you go through checkout you can’t select different countries. I live in Guernsey and regularly order items using UK shipping methods.
I waited a day for a response, They said it was fixed so I tried again- I got a different error this time- I let them know and they said it had been fixed after another day of waiting for a reply.
I tried again and the postcode still wasn’t valid. I got offered 10% discount and told the website was now working ( yes another day to wait for a reply)

I have now given up trying to order.
I understand websites have glitches something but at no point did anyone offer to take the address and do the sale manually.
The website and customer service isn’t to the same standard as you are claiming the products to be! Shame but definitely wouldn’t recommend

I bought this bed because my cockerpoo is nervous travelling in a motorhome, or any vehicle that’s different to my car. I wasn’t sure if having his own bed that moved from vehicle to vehicle would make a difference.

He absolutely loves it! I wondered if it would be big enough. He is 16kg. He fits perfectly in there and goes to sleep. I am so thrilled with this bed! And so is he!

I was wary of spending so much on this. I had just bought a new car and wanted something to keep my pup comfortable and a bonus that it will double as a bed. It is really well made, well wrapped and easy to assemble. Millie loves it and looks so comfortable. I’m hoping that this will last given the investment!

Stopped my dog vomiting on car journeys.

I bought the travel car pod in coffee. The actual ‘seat’ is gorgeous, the material is high-end and there is plenty of room for my pup. If it was just down to looks, style and excellent customer service, which I received throughout the ordering process, I would give this purchase 5 stars. However, my 14 week old cavapoo puppy was able to chew through the harness attachment provided in 15 minutes on its first outing, leading to a dangerous scenario of our puppy bouncing around the back seats while we were driving through a busy city. Having paid so much for the car pod under the assumption it was one of the safest products on the market and following other positive reviews, we were shocked that a tiny puppy with puppy teeth was able to chew through one of the attachments.

We’ve had to buy new, sturdier, attachments for the seat from a different provider and are just grateful that he didn’t bounce through to the front as this could have caused an accident. I never normally leave reviews, however, I think it needs to be highlighted that the car pod is not for puppies (who chew everything) and dogs with a tendency to bite at tethers. If your dog doesn’t chew, then definitely get this seat!

I suggest you look back at previous emails and look into it instead of keep sending me mails asking how do I tare recent purchase!

Although it took a while to arrive, I was kept informed, Luna my dachshund loves her new car pod. Long journey no problem, easy to keep clean and very snuggly. 5 stars!

Got off to a shaky start with this company, after some negotiations they more than made up for it, what a refreshing change for a company to actually listen to you and bend over backwards to put it all right can’t thank them enough, the dog coats are top quality and the free salmon treats was such a lovely touch thank you Luther Bennett 5 stars 🌟

My dog became very nervous in the car and we really didn't know how to help her. She would stand and shake and pant and whine unless held - and even then was clearly very unhappy. We bought a Travel Dog Pod to give her a completely fresh start and new experience. We have had to build up her confidence really slowly, but she now sits in there for short journeys and today even lay down for a while! She is on a long leash but chooses to jump in there whenever the car's moving, so this is a huge step in the right direction. Very pleased we invested in such a great quality product.

Was so impressed with the coat but gutted that our dog ( Romanian Mioritic Shepherd) was too big for the largest XL & we had to return it. The Evri return label was emailed to me without delay. I can only hope that there is the demand for them to extend their size range.
