It took about a month to receive my order, which, they explained, so I was OK with it. Once received, I was not happy with the dress, so I contacted for return instructions. I followed them precisely, and shipped back within 2 days of receiving the order. I received confirmation of the company receiving my return and now? CRICKETS. No answer on inquiry regarding refund. This is a horrible way to run a company. Never, ever purchase from them!

I’m so happy with my La Classica Shirt and Etoile Shirt. The fabric is very good quality and made to last. You can see and feel the difference compared to some other linen pieces I’ve bought that only last one season. It’s tailored in a flattering way to the body, and I feel like it’s a staple piece that I wear again and again.

I’ve bought 3 pieces and I’m honestly so happy with them! The material feels high quality and comfortable, and the fit was true to size for me. Definitely a brand I’ll keep coming back to 😊

Really happy with my recent purchase. The linen is beautiful and high quality, very well made too. I was a bit nervous about sizing as I hate dealing with returns but their customer service was outstanding and helped me choose the right size.  The only thing to take note of is their processing time as I didnt realise they produced in real time, but overall the their products were worth the small wait.

Be Aware…I bought the Kimonos Dress in black. In the photos the fabric looks nice and thick, good quality. However, the fabric is so thin you can see my tattoos through it. Be prepared to have to wear a slip underneath. I’m even scared to wash it in case it falls apart that’s how thin it it.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to find clothing that balances true elegance with actual comfort, but Luxmii has managed to do just that. I recently purchased several pieces to refresh my summer wardrobe, and I must say, the craftsmanship is simply superb.
At my stage in life, I have very little patience for "fast fashion." I want fabric that breathes and silhouettes that offer a bit of grace. You can tell everything is made from a substantial, high-grade linen that drapes beautifully on me.
One piece in particular that I must mention is the Alarik dress. The cut is absolutely divine; it is the perfect companion for the summer heat. It is incredibly easy to wear, yet it maintains a very chic, polished look. I’ve lost count of the compliments I’ve received every single time I’ve worn it.
What impressed me most overall was the thoughtful tailoring. It is a pleasure to wear clothes that feel as though they were made to last for years rather than just a single season. I cannot recommend this linen brand enough.

It was frustrating when shipping went from 7 to 9 working days to “at least 7 to 9 working days (it was being handmade???). I requested a refund and the company asked would I reconsider, I did hoping the garment was worth it. The dress arrived in a soft black bag, crinkled and no better quality than a mass produced cheap store product. The linen is poor quality, my table napkins are better. Please don’t waste your time or money.

Poor quality fabric, terrible shape. Even worse customer service, no phone number to get in touch with, emailed them multiple times, no response. They should ban this company in US!

I was looking for high quality linen for my mother and knew she’d adore it. The fabric is absolutely superb, and the customer support was fantastic, they even helped me figure out the sizing. I highly recommend them!

I’m honestly obsessed with Luxmii and their linen pieces! I’ve slowly built up quite a collection, and I wear them all the time because they’re just so comfortable and effortlessly stylish. The quality is amazing — you can really feel the difference as soon as you put them on.
My absolute favorite has to be the Zephyr Pants. They’re honestly the perfect pair of linen pants — super soft, flattering, and versatile enough to wear anywhere. I dress them up for dinners, throw them on for lazy beach days, and they always look and feel incredible.
I love Luxmii so much that I’ve even started gifting their pieces to my friends and family, and now they’re hooked too! It’s one of those brands you just can’t keep to yourself. Everything about them, from the designs to the sustainability to the quality, feels thoughtful and timeless.
If you’re looking for beautiful, eco-friendly linen clothing that you’ll want to live in, I couldn’t recommend Luxmii enough. They’ve become a staple in my everyday wardrobe, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon!

$45 dollars in “shipping costs” to return an order. You have to email them to request a refund, takes a few days to get back to you with random questions to delay the process. Then, 5 weeks after you shipped the item back, they finally refund you, minus $45 unreasonable dollars. Don’t buy from this brand.

I ordered 2 dresses and then after paying read some reviews about customer service and inability to return so I quickly emailed luxmii to cancel order as I didn't want to have issues. They ignored email and following day wrote back and said no worries you can return for full refund. The one dress was 200.00 and the cost to return to Australia is 200.00 so I am out luck. Very sneaky. I had asked to cancel order and they ignored it knowing it was final sale. Never again

This company misrepresents itself. They offer new customer discount and if you use it you cannot return the item. They are dishonest and do not respond to repeated requests and offer only excuses. The linen is the equivalent of a very harsh material it is not soft. I ordered two of the same dress in two different sizes fully intending to return the one that didn't work and that was impossible. Repeated attempts to contact them were beyond my best efforts. They offered customer credit but then gave you no way to actually return the item. I complained to my credit card and filed a report and now I am defrauded of over $450.
They told my credit card company that they offered a store credit, but again they offered no way to ship the items back no address was given No Label was given no instructions were given.

I should have read return policies. Very restrictive. Even with just a new customer discount only store credit is offered. One must send returns at own cost and must engineer it entirely oneself and send to AUSTRALIA. Expensive. Also, unless you are tall, the designs don’t work well. Simply not helpful overall and not good for US customers.

If you are thinking of returning items, don't make a purchase! I spent $500 because I was going on a trip and the clothing looked cute. Well, it didn't fit. No biggie right? Wrong. They gave me a very hard time AND read their policy. They will charge you $30 for whatever reason AND you have to pay postage to Australia to return the items. You can have them send you different sizes or you can get a lifetime store credit. Soooo, everytime you purchase and make a mistake you have to pay $30 and postage. I say don't buy anything here. There are much better places to purchase linen without all of this bother.

Ordered a top which looked gorgeous online. Received it, fit wasn't great. I had received a discount and read the returns policy but wasn't going to have it. A $300 top with no darts for the chest and no refund option? WTH? The worst part was: the fabric was harsh and itchy. I work in textiles, the website advertised stone washed linen which is the reason why I purchased in the first placed. It was supposed to be a super soft weighty linen. It was not.
I reached out to Catia from customer service. Was told some bullshit about their product quality but they agreed to a refund. They told me to send the top back to Cairns but provided a DHL label back to their mill in Portugal. I clarified, they said send to Cairns. I hot tracking as I could smell a rat. Had to chase up to get confirmation they had received my return. Every second email I sent was ignored. Was told no parcel received even though I had proof. Was told to provide cryptic evidence of delivery address and date. Eventually, they magically found my parcel. I had to push for the money back. Then got ignored. Eventually they processed my Afterpay refund, minus $50 first shipping. WTF! Anything to screw you over! Again I had to justify their mistake!!!! I think they do all this on purpose hoping people get bored of chasing up. I had to crack it and eventually got my money back. She then tried to sweeten the experience promising a $50 voucher which came back as $40. Needless to say I was never going to use it but even then they were not honest. Don't waste your money: cuts are not great, fabrics are no good, customer service is appalling. That company has zero integrity BEWARE!!!
