Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered for few items. They missed sending few items and the others had to be returned because I did not like them. If you need to return any item to LUXMII Linen, you need to pay for the shipment of the items to Portugal. And it has been sitting in Portugal customs for almost 2 months now and even after customs reaching out to LUXMII linen several items, they haven’t yet provided the documents for customs clearance. And their customer service is pathetic. I have almost $1000 stuck with them and there is no zero effort made to resolve the matter or respond to emails. So if you want to place any order with them, do it at your own risk as you are likely to be in big trouble.

Dishonest policies, obnoxious attitude
I ordered an item that didn't work out/didn't match the description on the website, and wanted to return. I was told, rudely, that since I had used a promo code, they wouldn't issue a refund. Never before have I encountered such a weird draconian policy before. Yes, that information was buried in the fine print somewhere on their website, but it was in no way made clear that at checkout that I was making a 'final sale' purchase. Customer service, if you can call it that, was a unique mixture of ineptitude and arrogance. Due to their dishonest policies and rude attitude, I'd never recommend buying from this company.
