The quality was excellent for the price and it meant that I could buy several pairs to leave around and not be worried if I loose or damage a pair compared to when I've paid hundreds from my optician.
Delivery was quick.
I would definitely recommend Luxreaders.

The glasses/specs are fine, just the wrong prescription. I read everything and did the tests several times... SOOOO... am blaming the tests and not the company.

Perhaps online tests are always rubbish? - I don't know! Not buying more from ANY company, atm. Hanging onto these, as I'm sixty, and they might eventually be useful.

Excellent choice of frames and the ideal reading glasses with the option of anti blue glare lenses and very handy hinges that don't break.

These glasses were not as expected, I did not like Matt look or colour. These people avoid refunding you and make it hard to find information on returning. They don’t ever use the word refund interestingly. Still have not received the email with label attached. I do not have the time or inclination to spend time chasing up. It took long enough initially trying to find return information. I will have to take it as a loss. I took the time to do this Trustpilot review just to warn others. The parcel came from Denmark not UK.

Please also read what others say on this exact same matter!!! Clearly there’s a pattern here. They do not accept returns!

Sadly an awful experience. I have contacted Luxreaders many times regarding my return. They avoid me time and time again.

I had one message back from them after many contact attempts saying they had received my it and then never contacted me again despite many efforts to get in touch.

They have no way of contacting them direct. You must contact them via an automated chat service which is hopeless.

If you’re unsure if you’ll keep the glasses then avoid ordering. In my opinion the glasses were also not worth the money. I have purchased very similar glasses for half the price elsewhere which are better value for money.

I will still be chasing my return. I hope Luxreaders have the grace to refund me.

They have ignored my return requests despite trying to contact them via multiple options including the website by creating a ticket and emailing directly. No reply.

I bought a two pairs of +1.5 Skagen, one clear and one tinted. I also bought 1 pair of +1.5 Kobenhavn blue light glasses all in Feb 2025 and decided to use them for 3 months before providing a review. They are all very light, comfortable and I do not notice wearing them for long periods.

After purchasing lots of pairs of high street readers over the years, many of which seem to suffer from distorted lenses with areas where the lens is +1.5 limited to the immediate high centre of the lens, which makes reading tiring, I have been absolutely delighted with these Luxreaders. The tinted ones are just right for reading in sunlight and the blue light PC monitor ones work well. The clear ones are the "go to".

As anyone who wears glasses will affirm, you need lots of pairs scattered about the house / car to have any chance of having a pair when you want them. These are good value and I can highly recommend having a few pairs.

It was NOT great. Terrible return service. Have tried to correspond with the chatbot and Instagram messaging (which is suggested by Luxreaders). Instagram messaging refers you back to the Chatbot.... but they don't reply! Returned as per all the fiddly form etc and since then NOTHING. Three weeks and still waiting for any kind of communication. So I cannot recommend ordering from this company. Not holding my breath for my refund!

This was a second order which is always a good sign - what I really like is that the lenses have a great range over which they provide excellent focus - particularly helpful when working on a PC where many lenses force you to sit closer than is comfortable

Well I'm from UK so it take few days to arrive but quality is a class!

This is the second set of 'three pairs' I have purchased, the first set some years ago. Over time - lost, sat on, you name it! An excellent selection to chose from, ordered, paid for and received within days. Hopefully I'll be more careful this time, but no doubt I will be back for more!!

One pair of glasses was broken at the nose bridge. I took photos minutes after delivery and have emailed them. I have emailed on 3 occasions using an original email address and customer service address but have had no response!

I bought three pairs of the premium reading glasses this time & they are such good quality!! The colour always are also right on trend - wouldn’t wear any other reading glasses. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

What I like about Luxreaders is the robustness of the frames. I am an ex soldier and always believed any accessories should be soldier proof! A soldier is likely to break anything given to him! So far I have never broken a pair of Luxreaders! Amazing for me. Sorry you do not do ‘Prescription’ glasses!
