I will be as honest as i can about the whole process, i ordered 3 rugs after reading a few bad reviews, i was a little concerned at first when within 5 minutes of receiving my sales confirmation i got a order processed confirmation, the tracking on the website also stated order completed, I decided to wait until monday which would be the minimum delivery expected date, it arrived half eight this morning with absolutely no issues, the rugs are just as described and make my home look great. Thank you very much luxton living i will be back for more 😁

Really terrible customer service. The quality of my order was not great so I returned it. Quick and easy returns is what they have in the website but there is nothing quick and easy about it. I have been chasing my refund for weeks and still haven’t been refunded even though i have returned the item!!

Lovely curtains for £20, a really good price. They looked like the photo.

Terrible company with zero communication ! I bought a rug which just did not go in my room, I have emailed numerous times....I've had a couple of replies but no questions answers to my emails, just asking to send a picture, all I want is a refund for crying out loud and return address and MORE information on the return for refund..no answer on phone line, left message, no reply with that, sent message on site 10 days ago, no reply on that..looks like I'm left with a rug I don't want....never use them again, steer clear people !

No tracking number provided on the e-Mail receipts and no phone to contact them.
I’ve used the form in the website and e-Mail and no reply.

Avoid this company. If I could give zero stars I would have. They advertise hassle free returns but do not respond to requests to return item.

Item arrived on time but was not as expected. Despite the website proclaiming ‘hassle free returns’ it is impossible to send it back for a refund. There was no label, order form or instructions within the package and whilst the website says to submit a form to request a refund it conveniently refuses to accept it. The customer service line permanently goes to voicemail and no one returns my numerous messages or e mails to the sales team. I have tried messaging the company via twitter, instagram and Facebook - all without any response. Outrageously poor customer service- will go down the small claims route if I I’ve to and would strongly advise you to avoid. I’d give no stars if I could!

Update 4 June:
So, after posting the above review, customer service did then get back to me and sent me the address details for a return. Four weeks after the item was proven to have arrived at their warehouse however and I am still chasing a refund. I would give minus stars if I could and would like my money back please!!

Update 6 June:
Finally got my refund through today via PayPal but only after the above post and a request from Luxton Living to remove my negative review in exchange for an item from the store. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a refund.8 plus e mails and a lot of time wasted just to get my money back. Will not use again and would advise you not to either. Luxton Living as you clearly monitor these messages more vigilantly than you do your emails or voicemails please sort this out. It is unfair on your customers and you will not be able to advertise ‘five star on Trust Pilot’ status on your website if you keep on treating people like this!

Beautiful pink rug but left on doorstep in the rain,no text when being delivered and no ringing bell or knocking when in.Thank goodness packaged well.

Ordered a rug which was lovely but just too big for the room unfortunately.
I contacted the company to arrange a return and they replied promptly.
I sent the rug back and waited for the refund. Unfortunately this took some time, however as soon as I alerted the company the money was refunded immediately.
I would shop again with this company.

I was looking for a specific bamboo mattress topper. I came across luxton and found the exact one I was looking for. They had the best price by far and the size I needed - a lot of other retailers were out of stock. Delivery was very quick. No issues. Happy customer. Will be returning.

Customer service is shocking. I've been waiting two weeks for my order with no explanation except a link to royal mail that my parcel is with them.
No urgency to assist.
