I had a service done today by engineer Richard, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was fantastic—keeping me informed about his arrival time, showing up promptly, and completing the service efficiently and professionally. Despite the challenging space, he was respectful of my property, working carefully and with great attention to detail. What truly set him apart was his willingness to go the extra mile by providing clear instructions on how to maintain and clean the equipment. Excellent service all around.

We have always kept away from buying lasers due mainly to the expense and lack if belief in ROI.However following a meeting with Eloise on the stand at professional Beauty London a few years ago we decided purchase an Excelight IPL The support and training was superb and the launch event that Eloise did for us gave us our investment back in one day. This machine has doubled in number of treatments done each year.
Seeing this encouraged us to buy a Focus Dual machine and this had a similar effect. Now having two Lynton machines I can say without a shadow of doubt that if you are looking for a top quality machine from a top quality company which offer fantastic training and support then you need look no further than Eloise at Lynton Lasers.

If you talk to people in the industry they describe Lynton as ‘the best’, and they certainly live up to their reputation. I embarked on my journey with Lynton last September when I started my laser business; there have been a few bumps in the road but the Lynton team are there to support you all the way. All the team are very tentative and always make themselves available when you need them. The trainers are all fantastic and so informative, Suki is absolutely brilliant; she’s always on hand to offer detailed advice and nothing is ever too much. She explains things in such a way that you understand it and can feel confident in what you’re doing, especially for a newcomer to this industry her advice is so appreciated and I wouldn’t feel as knowledgable as I do now without her constant support.
Kim of customer services is also incredible, if there are ever any hiccups she gets on the case immediately and ensures that things happen quickly. She is such a great asset and is always there to offer remedies quickly and thoughtfully.

I have purchased a Lynton Focus Dual and have been very impressed, not only with the device, but with the additional support that comes with it. I have been able to access a series of really useful marketing training, have access to a great business development advisor and have received excellent training for the actual device / treatment protocols. Support will also be on-going so I am able to reach out with any queries.

Becky has given us our foundation laser training on our Deka Motus AY and also revisited us to give us our advanced settings and techniques training . The Motus is a great device but has so many options to treat each indication that a revisit was much needed . We built on the initial knowledge shared by Becky and this has boosted our understanding and confidence. The training department have been really helpful and supportive and Becky is our main contact .

Training excellent with ongoing clinical updates at no extra cost. Clinical team on hand to answer medical queries when necessary with a quick response. Engineers on time and go out of the way to ensure everything is in working order. Very pleased with my IPL device which I have now had for several years with fantastic results.

Deka Motus Ax Alexandrite 755nm tattoo removal laser
I bought our Motus laser device 16 months ago and it worked most of the time. We put up with the issues we had as the service department weren’t particularly helpful or interested. Two months out of the 12 month warranty and after a service and an additional visits by their engineer, the machine is now unusable and I’ve now been told to wait another 3 weeks for part to be sent by donkey or carrier pigeon from Italy. If they managed to fix i will have lost 6 weeks of laser trade during my busiest time. Buyer beware!
