Amazing ! I purchased the excelight after meeting Elouise and going through all my options. She was so friendly, welcoming and supportive. The training was so in depth and covered absolutely everything. I have done multiple training courses as I’m a nurse and used to work in the nhs and also did a lot of aesthetics training and I can honestly say lyntons training has been the best training I have ever had in terms of organisation, knowledge and support they give you. After I purchased my device I was then enrolled into more training to help my business succeed. A couple of months after my machine broke and Adam who works in the servicing department got an engineer out straight away to me and it was fixed straight away. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough.

Incredible experience with Lynton Lasers from the moment of initial contact to months after receiving our machine. I can’t thank them enough. As a director of an Aesthetics Clinic, I was debating whether to get the Focus Dual as many of our patients were asking for a non-surgical lift and we could tell it would fit in well with our clinic. However we had just recently purchased a laser hair removal machine so wasn’t sure whether to get this so soon after. I spoke to Jamie who till this date has been incredibly helpful. He came out to the clinic and bought the machine with him for me to try it on myself! I was sold from the minute I saw the machine and tried the treatment. No pain, no downtime and the before and afters looked amazing. We decided to purchase the machine outright even though there were great payment plans available. I signed up to Lyntons business coaching which was so good and it helped me set up a marketing campaign for the launch! We had an amazing launch due to all the sneak peeks, and waiting list I created through the help of lyntons amazing marketing portal. We had a soft zoom launch with material provided by Lynton and then in clinic launch weekend, we are so proud and happy to say we paid off the machine in one month and have continued to make a huge profit in less than 4 months! Our patients absolutely adore the treatments, especially HIFU and we have some great before & afters. They love the no downtime and no pain aspect but instant results! The team from Lynton have been so supported not just before the sale as I have experienced with candela but during and even now months later. I have had follow up calls to see how we’re doing and if we ever have a question they are so easy to contact! Jamie has also been great in following up weeks and months down the line. We have worked with Lynton Lasers for over 16 years now and have 3 Lynton machines - the Lumina laser, the Promax Lipo and the Focus Dual. The training we have received over the years has been exceptional but Lynton's service doesn't stop there; the sales, marketing and technical support teams are always on hand to support you with any queries that you may have.
The delivery of products is always quick. We have been nothing but happy with the service we have received from Lynton from day one!

lynton...... what can i say!!?? awesome. awesome from day one. sales team were superb and worked with us to get entry then again to upgrade as we grew the business. after sales is superb from a tech aspect with the machine and services and any fault recovery to clinical support for tricky clients or conditions you get a response from highly trained professionals the same days often within minutes.
they were unbelievable with us during covid with support, training, and assistance and just keeping us going.
cant rate them highly enough

Where do I start. I made a massive mistake with another company many years ago. Then i spoke with Kim at Lynton lasers, and from that day 6 years ago I haven’t looked back my business is growing and growing, with the training and support from Lynton lasers I have built a great business and any questions I have ever had the clinical team have always been there. Not only is the machine amazing and clients delighted with the results, the training is second to none and engineers that know what they are doing when it comes to time of servicing. I have always said to anyone looking at different machines please feel feee to contact me as I will happily share my experiences. I will never go anywhere else. I would highly highly recommend this company a thousand times over. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff throughout the whole company. A massive thanks to everyone at Lynton who have helped me grow my successful award winning business. Forever grateful 😇

Was first trained by Lynton laser Ltd.. absolutely brill day from classroom to hands on just what I needed to calm my nerves.... then bought a Luminette Q for tattoo removal..... the after sales is second to none .... from serving equipment to the ongoing clinical help first class .... ive now increased services provided by buying a Luminette advanced....if you are wanting the best Lynton Laser are No. 1

We worked with Lynton since 2019 started training and Level 3 in beauty course to use beauty skin laser machine. They are very supportive until the machine warranty finishes then no one care about you or your business.
The Initia Diode we bought in 2019 from day 1 it had fault, we asked them to replace it with a machine that doesn't have fault, as we all know brand new machine once faulty always going to cause fault and we were right. Now we serviced the machine which basically diagnose check and the charge is unbelievably expensive £700 not a problem. But since the machine used for few days and hasn't been working since.
We called Lynton on the over 3 weeks ago for repair however they have been messing us about with excuses that parts ordered and still waiting to arrive from Spain.
Imagine you have regular clients who has been on holiday in August and in September you fully booked all your clients but you had to cancel them due to Lynton can not fix the machine they sold for over £30K and they do not have part to fix it.
We now lost all our clients and business!
We will never trust or use Lynton ever again !

I have worked with Lynton for two years now and I love them! I have a Luminette-Q system and an Excelight IPL and I am very happy with both of them. Their level of support and customer service is phenomenal and your accessibility to high levels of management is impressive (I speak with the clinical director semi-regularly). If you own or run a laser clinic, I can’t recommend this company enough.

I purchased the Onda machine which caused two terrible, undisclosed contraindications that forced us to refer to a Plastic Surgeon.
After months of correspondence the management simply stopped replying to us.
Don’t buy it.
