One of the worst clinics. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I can see why I was immediately warned by the medicinal community against lyphe when mentioning I had a consultation
I got a consultation with Lyphe as I know I am eligible for medicinal cannabis.
I turned up to the appointment on time and only had to wait around 5 minutes for the doctor. That's the only good experience I had unfortunately
The doctor was giving me outdated information on cannabis, I knew considerably more than he did about the science behind cannabis, leading to an awkward appointment where minute by minute I was losing faith in this "specialist".
For example, I was having to explain things like the entourage effect to him. He was not even aware of most compounds within the plant, only referring to THC and CBD.
Then he asked me what my current dose is. I understand I'm on the higher side of dosage but when asked and told him I use between 4 - 6g daily, he did a double take, sounded completely shocked and told me that is not a medicinal dose. Obviously this is highly offensive to me, I know my dosage and have a wealth more experience than this person interviewing me.
How dare this uneducated, unprofessional doctor judge me for my dosage (which I know 100% is effective as I have been self medicating for years) when he is a beginner to understanding cannabis??
I am a legitimate patient that Lyphe refused to treat due to my dosage requirements. This is extremely unethical.
On top of this, despite refusing my application on the grounds that my dosage is too high, the clinic refused to refund my consultation fee.
Yes, I still had to pay £50 for my 15 minutes with this amateur. Disgusting behaviour - I genuinely feel ripped off by these people.
AVOID LYPHE AT ALL COSTS! USE CB1, MAMEDICA OR ANY CLINIC WITH PROFESSIONAL, TRAINED STAFF
edit: Not sure why Lyphe replied to my review saying we spoke on the phone. That never happened and no resolution was reached as nobody has refunded me.

Excellent provider. Took a bit of time to triage but that was due to my GP being super helpful and making sure all bases covered . Timely communication and exeryone you speak to is really knowledgeable and competent. They also have a slick dispensary process. Highly recommended

Have long-term MS
Have long-term MS. Dr offered only sativex, which I can get by private prescription from my gp. Would like a medication at the time I have symptoms and without side effects. Have another appointment but wholly expect to get same offer. Lyphe should say on their website that if you have MS, sativex is your only option.

Would recommend
I've been with Lyphe for just over a year and they're brilliant. Always happy to help and advise. I have had some confusion with my orders before, I am Autistic and ADHD and often need more explanation, Carla from Lyphe was so helpful today in splitting a prescription so I could be sure I got on with a new medication. She took time to wait while I made a decision and helped by giving me options. I'm so grateful to have kind and supportive medical staff in at least on aspect of my healthcare, thank you.

I’ve been with Lyphe since they started…
I’ve been with Lyphe since they started up as TMCC and have always been completely satisfied with any interactions I’ve had with them. From the Consultants, GP’s, Pharmacists or clerical staff the care and attention I have received has been 100% positive. This latest interaction was via web chat with Hannah with a query about my upcoming appointment,( issue resolved so felt reassured).

I am so completely thankful for this…
I am so completely thankful for this company, sincerely and genuinely.
I have been with lyphe for 6 months now and It is my opinion that lyphe care about their patients, I feel they have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the best medication at a very reasonable price.
I'm so thankful to be able to get safe medication that I know I can trust that won't do me harm.
Thank you lyphe clinic 1000 times over and please keep doing the work you do to benefit people like myself. I can't praise this clinic enough.
