Fantastic customer service
Ordered just before the sale and kindly agreed to refund me the difference in price. They absolutely did not have to do this but the gesture was hugely appreciated. Furthermore all communication was extremely quick and helpful.

globamement satisfaite
J'ai commandé deux maillots dont je suis satisfaite. Conformes aux photos et tissu de qualité. J'ai juste eu un souci avec l'un des deux maillots dont le tissus est devenu transparent (il s'est abimé sur certaines zones notamment au niveau des aisselles). J'ai contacté le SAV qui a été réactif, malheureusement la garantie de 18 mois était dépassée, mais j'ai eu droit à une carte cadeau comme geste commercial, ce qui est appréciable. J'espère que mon autre maillot ne va pas s'abimer aussi, à voir sur le long terme, mais globalement je recommande ce site.

No doy conseguido hablar con ellos, me dicen que para devolver un articulo tengo que enviarlo a una direcion de Asia y no aparece la direcion ni me la facilitan ( despúes de enviarles miles de corrreos) pasan de todo.
El teléfono no funciona , no existe esta apagado seguido.
No compreis en esa pagina... de leer antes las opiniones no compraria ni loca

I had an issue with the delivery, but Lyra Modest handled it carefully and professionally. I was still allowed to return the items and didn’t have to pay any shipping costs. The hijabs are of excellent quality, and the staff is just as wonderful. I’m truly grateful. Team Lyra, you’re amazing!

Quality downhill and awful customer service
I have ordered 3 swimsuits in the past from Lyra Modest and all were great however sometimes there was a quality issue but they’d fix it. I bought again from their recent sample sale and the quality of the swimsuit has declined massively in they’re most recent collection (shimmer collection). I went to return and they said I can’t return the items as it was sold In the sample sale however this is AGAINST consumer law and illegal to tell customers they cannot return items. They allowed me to return and I sent back the parcel on 14/07 and it was received by their warehouse on 16/07. It is now 03/08 and I am still waiting for them to refund my money. They take days and days to reply to your emails and then they say oh We have received this request please allow a further 5-7 days to have it processed. I just want my money back as it’s not cheap! After this experience o would never buy again from them.

Pongo una estrella por poner algo no compréis nada es una estafa me acaba de llegar un vestido que pedí hace unos 15 días y no tiene nada que ver con lo que pedí ni calidad ni color ni nada una estafa en toda regla , estoy mandando correo para devolverlo y no contestan ni te dicen nada ESTAFA .😡

Got a wrong order and no customer service
I ordered 4 piece swimming suit, got 3 piece swimming suit. Tried to contact customer service through the website messages, through the chat on a website, sent messages to the email, sent messages through social media. I didn't get answer anywhere.
It makes me really sad, because I am converted muslim and I was looking for my first swimming suit and I was thinking about it so much. I was so excited and nervous about this order, and at the end I got not what I ordered and even don't have a chance to get a help and somehow fix the problem.

only good for the aesthetics
It is only good for the aesthetics, if you just want to lounge near the water or take a quick dip. I bought the Yara burkini hoping I can go swimming regularly in it. However, after only four months, the top piece lost its integrity. The elastic in the fabric was visibly peeling off and there were holes. I go swimming 3x a week and in all fairness, they do not market their swimwear to be athletic. However, they also never published my negative review on their website. I contacted their customer service who asked for additional photos. After providing them with those, they never came back to me.

Amazing experience
I just bought my 2nd lyra suite after using my 1st one for more than 3 years and it still looks like new .. I had a problem with the shipping address and nadia from lyra team contacted me personally asking about the correct shipping address and fixing it manually .. I am so grateful and happy that we have a great business with such quality and great team ❤️

Ordered items and return/refund
I purchased 3 items. Will be honest 2 of them I love but the third one with detachable skirt I don't like and wish to return.
Customer service is rubbish, emails come through stating support desk will get back within 1-2 days actually been a week and still awaiting response on how to return the item and get a refund!!!

Salam all if you’re considering buying from lyra just DOOO it go through with it they have excellent customer service (so heavy on that I felt the love through the email) a wide range of style and colors they have everything from hijabs to swim wear to apparel so show your support and spend that money even if you don’t like swimming or you’re never near water like that who cares get yourself a burkini/modest swimwear anyways I’ve only been to the pool three times my whole life and still made a purchase cuz you really never know and it looks cute we need cute things I’m gonna stop yappin now have a good day everybody
