A short note to express my most sincere thanks to MacGregor & MacDuff for a great experience. Exceptional quality of product throughout, matched by a friendly and personalised experience from Lauren in Manchester (with the patience of a saint) to all her colleagues in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Nothing was ever too much trouble, the level of advice was top notch, professional, customer focussed and highly interactive; additionally the time taken to make sure that WE were sure in all the choices was greatly appreciated and further, to have provided even more options that had not bethought.
This all started out as a good idea for my son's wedding next year but morphed into an entirely new wardrobe experience - I have only worn a kilt a few times since my marriage in Gretna in 1988; I only wish I had contacted M & M twenty years ago.

Beautiful hand fasting ribbons arrived in days
I ordered hand-fasting ribbon in a panic a month before my wedding, thinking I needed more time for them to arrive before the wedding. I was wrong, as the ribbons were in the post a few days after ordering, and they are beautiful, just what we were after!

Wedding party group from USA
The team at MacGregor and MacDuff were very responsive and helpful in organizing 7 outfits for a wedding party arriving at different times. The staff (Edinburgh pick-up) were very attentive during the fitting process (which did require some changes from the initial measurements) and made sure that we were covered for the wedding day. The return process was also smooth. We would certainly recommend and use their services again if ever needed.
