Quality and customer service
While the tartan I requested was not in stock when I ordered my scarf, MacGregor and MacDuff was diligent in working to make sure I was satisfied and happy. I chose to wait until the tartan was in stock and they send me the scarf keeping me updated. The product is truly a quality item and certainly.worth the wait. I would recommend MacGregor and McDuff for all their products and customer service.

First class hire service
We wanted to hire kilts, jackets etc for my daughter's wedding. Four of us went to the Manchester pop up shop to be measured, two went to the Edinburgh shop and two sorted out measurements etc over the phone. All had a great experience. Everyone at MacGregor and MacDuff who we dealt with was unfailingly helpful and professional. The standard of service was excellent and the outfits were top quality. We all looked great in the photos! The process of delivery and return was very easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending MacGregor and MacDuff if you want to hire.

Above & Beyond Experience at Bath Street MacGregor & MacDuff
After being let down by another shop, Hollie at MacGregor and MacDuff (bath street shop) went above and beyond to help us.
Right from stepping into the shop Hollie was amazing, so polite, helpful and with the expert knowledge she has, the father of the bride soon had a stunning jacket, waistcoat, shirt, cufflinks, socks & gillie brogues for his daughters wedding in a couple of days time!
It was an absolute pleasure shopping at MacGregor & MacDuff and would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or hire a kilt to go there

Fantastic service throughout the whole time of my hire , everyone was so helpful and kind! I had to make a few small changes to my hire pretty close to the date of collecting and it was not a bother to them atall , would highly recommend MacGregor & MacDuff to anyone thinking about buying/hiring a kilt etc. from them. Ghillie Boots in a hurry!
I needed a pair of Ghillie boots for my wedding outfit at short notice. From placing the order right through to delivery, I knew what was happening. Good boots, comfortable well made at a fair price.
