Tried their virtual kilt hire service
Tried their virtual kilt hire service, everything went fine and they told us we would receive the kilt on a Thursday (we needed it for Friday and were ordering on Tuesday). Never received a confirmation email or tracking number. We didn’t receive anything on Thursday and on Friday morning when we called, we were first told that the order was originally marked as to be shipped on Friday (even though they told us to return it on Monday) but then we were told that actually the shipping provider had gotten the wrong address (even though we literally typed in the correct address). We did get a refund, but obviously did not get the kilt on time for our event and because of how late notice everything was, we weren’t able to get another one. Wouldn’t recommend the online hiring service unless you order with plenty of time before your event and follow up with them about it to make sure they haven’t lost your order.

Custom made tartan shawl
We were notified when the shawl was ready - earlier than we had expected. It was ready for collection when I arrived and the shop assistant was very pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with the product. The only problem was that we had not picked up that your Edinburgh shop is closed on Tuesdays, and we turned up first on that day, after. half hour drive from our house. The Tuesday closing day is indicated on your website, but we did not expect to have to check which weekdays you are open.

Outstanding company and garments
Honestly, I can not recommend this company enough.
From the beginning they were available via email to help with measurements.
Once the order was placed , and ID verified shipment details were sent out. On the initial day of delivery, the parcel tracking hadn’t updated. I called them, apprehensive that the order would not arrive intime for my son’s prom.
They issued another order straight away with next day delivery. The order arrived by 10am. Everything was wonderful. We could not have been any happier, the packaging, the quality. The instructions included were so clear.
Wholeheartedly, this company really does go above and beyond, so thanks so much for a fabulous order, and great customer service
