Buongiorno, sono qui per dirvi di non comprare dal sito macron online. Servizio pessimo, ho ordinato il 6 dicembre sul sito c’è scritto che la spedizione sarebbe arrivata in 3/4 giorni lavorativi. Bene, tenendo conto che il 6 era festa avrei dovuto ricevere un’email di spedizione all’incirca verso il 10 cosa che non è successa, il 12 chiamo per sollecitare la spedizione (ho speso 186€ sul sito), la ragazza gentile mi dice che manderà subito un sollecito e che in serata avrei dovuto ricevere la mail se non in serata il giorno dopo. Niente, nessuna risposta nessuna mail, richiamo il sabato, è ancora niente, richiamo lunedì, lamentandomi con la ragazza, che non c’entra ovviamente nulla. Dopo di che mi arriva una mail dicendo che una delle due canottiere era fallata. Allora punto numero uno sono canottiere che sono già presenti in negozio e anche quando vado a vedere la Virtus, sono presenti nel chiosco. Quindi uno o mi prendono per i fondelli oppure qualcosa non va. Fatto sta che è stato un parto AH io sono di Modena la merce mi è stata spedita da VALSAMOGGIA quindi 26km di distanza. Non comprerò mai più dal sito. Gestito malissimo, non pensavo vista l’importanza del marchio.

Prima volta che acquistavo dallo store online di Macron, in questo caso una t-shirt personalizzata della Virtus Bologna di Milos Teodosic. Pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto: discreto packaging, merce arrivata in tempo con tanto di spedizione tracciata e maglia di ottima manifattura. Al prodotto era inoltre allegato uno sticker del marchio

A few badges had come off our Macron Football kits. Having spoken with Macron in Cardiff they sent out replacement badges free of charge on a next day delivery. Excellent customer service, thank you CS Team @ Cardiff!

Despite having a Swiss website and the goods being priced in Swiss francs, the items are sent from outside Switzerland. Without any prior warning, I received a large bill for customs and fees from the delivery company three days after the item arrived (so I didn’t have any chance to refuse the delivery). Don’t use a Swiss web address if you aren’t actually operating from Switzerland as it is misleading for customers.

My son needs Macron gear as part of his kit for the rugby academy he's in. Ordering is easy via Macron Northampton online store, getting the items, less so. 'Allow 28 days' but the reality is when you chase after 28 days, only then do I think they consider progressing your order. In total, allow 6 weeks, which in todays marketplace is insane.

So when I wanted to buy some more items for unbranded gear, I decided to order via the main Macron website and not the local one. That must be more organised, right? No.

I ordered two pairs or bottoms, one drill top and a beanie. All of it quite expensive compared to Nike or Adidas, but as everything he has to wear is Macron I decided to order anyway. One week later, still no goods have arrived nor have I had any confirmation that my order was processed. I emailed them. No reply.

After two more days I called. I was on hold for maybe 15 minutes then it just said 'Goodbye' and hung up! Even their automated telephone system is rude. I called back, this time it hung up after maybe 10 minutes!

Another day passes... I call again and this time I get through. Pleasant enough Italian lady telling me "I'm sorry, seems to be an issue in the warehouse". She will escalate the concern and I should await an email. No email came. Then a few days later I get confirmation that my order has shipped! Hoorah.

Email from DHL saying it will be delivered today! Okay, as long as I get my stuff, that's fine. Then I get ANOTHER email from DHL. Ooh, we can't deliver your gear until you PAY THE IMPORT CHARGES!!!!!

WHAT?

I have paid in GBP, no mention it's coming from Italy or wherever. But what should that matter - Adidas send from Germany and Nike from The Netherlands - never had a custom charge even since Brexit. But what can you expect from Macron - well it seems my £161.20 order now also has a £50.73 Customs Charge too! Are you nuts? Of course I've had to pay otherwise I get no goods, but you will NEVER get another penny from me again.

Buongiorno, non posso valutare la qualità dei prodotti in quanto per poterlo fare dovrei prima riceverli. A 35 giorni dall'ordine però (11/09/2022), posso esprimere disappunto e perplessità sul mancato ricevimento di quanto ordinato (e pagato in anticipo). Ad oggi infatti (14/10/2022) non sanno ancora dirmi se e quando riceverò qualcosa. La prima mail garantiva la consegna entro il 02/10, ma una settimana dopo il nulla. Mando mail, non ricevo risposta, dunque telefono per saperne di più: la persona che interloquiva con me - dopo avermi detto che la data del 02/10 non era più valida (!) e che dovevo attendere 21 gg lavorativi (peraltro già trascorsi!) rimbalzava colpe e responsabilità tra le varie funzioni aziendali (produzione, magazzino, spedizioni ecc.), senza peraltro fornire una soluzione o un straccio di data verosimile. L'e-commerce è una cosa seria e non credo vada approcciato in questa maniera superficiale.

Aggiungo due stelle: a seguito di ultimo contatto ho ricevuto la ragionevole proposta di una spedizione di "acconto", salvo poi comunque ricevere il saldo ordine non molte ore dopo. Non tutto è stato negativo comunque: devo segnalare - per onore di verità e trasparenza - che si tratti di prodotti con un rapporto qualità prezzo sicuramente buono. Se solo riuscissero ad essere più rapidi!

should be zero stars or even better: minus!!! i ordered FC Basel shorts for my nephew for birthday. first of all they cost 2 CHF more online than here in CH (unfortunately they are sold out here, that’s why i made this very annoying experience with this order). the shipping costs are 21 CHF!!! an amount i never had to pay before. just to find out that DHL has the worst delivery update i have ever seen, it’s ridiculous! and then, on top, i have to pay additional fees and tax of 25 CHF!!! the main part of it was a fee of 19 CHF from DHL: what for, when i already paid the delivery??? when i want to cancel the order they keep the money to pay the delivery, tax and fees. great. i am not a fan of online shopping and this confirms it once again. BUT FOR SURE I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND ALSO NOT DELIVERED BY DHL!!!! here obviously 2 of the worst companies work together, perfect. to do it worse is nearly not possible 👎👎👎

I purchased a jacket from them and a week later they emailed me saying they don't have my size till July. I ordered this on the 1st of march. I emailed them back asking about stuff and I never got a email back from them. I recently rang them asking about my jacket and they said we have and will send it out by the end of the week and it's been a week later with no jacket, no email and no phone call to keep me updated. I won't be shopping with them again as I feel there customer service is very very poor

Ho acquistato da Macron tante volte, sia on line sia presso il loro punto pendita di Bologna in via Stalingrado. Mai un problema on line ed ovviamente nemmeno presso il punto vendita dove il personale si è sempre dimostrato gentile, disponibile anche in caso di cambio articolo per taglia errata (colpa mia) e non invadente. Una stella è anche troppo! Ho fatto l'ordine ai primi di aprile di quasi 45 euro, pagato in anticipo ovviamente, a metà maggio mi hanno rimborsato i soldi dicendo che per errore hanno cancellato l'ordine....e di inviare di nuovo il pagamento! Si sono sbagliati a mandarmi il link, mettendo un importo sbagliato...Ora a fine maggio non ho ancora ricevuto la merce!
Spedizioni eterne, serietà poca e disponibilità ancora meno. La merce è buona, ma si trovano fornitori molto meglio in giro

I purchased £138 worth of rugby clothing from Macron to be delivered to the UK. I then received word from DHL that my shipment would not be released until duties of £58 were paid.
I believed as the prices were in £ Sterling and that the shipment would be sent from the UK and did not even consider duties may be incurred.
When dealing with Macron you are dealing with an Italian company who despatch from Bologna Italy. Since the UK is no longer in the EU then tax duties and VAT apply.
I have since looked at the terms and conditions and the fine print states that duties may be levied. I do however believe that Macron could be clearer about this during the buying process.
PLEASE PURCHASE ANY MACRON MERCHANDISE IN THE UK TO AVOID TAX AND VAT

Items take weeks to arrive and when they do they are filthy and blue marks on them. Disgusting customer service. Basically called me a liar saying all items checked before sending out.
Would avoid and never order again.

dreadful experience. whilst Brexit's to blame, no clear comms from Macron on the need to pay duty/taxes and then being completely unhelpful in sorting in a collaborative way is disgraceful. I even asked if i could return them and was advised that Macron would deduct the duty costs for the products returned. very poor. havent even opened the box yet and given all the negative feedback i'm really concerned for the quality of products sent - if rubbish, i'm stuck with them!

Absolute shambles and a disgrace this organisation - certainly to local football teams. This is the Norwich branch to which I refer. We ordered and 50% paid for two sets of a “Designer one off” expensive football kit for our club 25 year anniversary,months and months and months ago. Delay after delay after delay. Very little in a way of an apology and broken deadlines time after time after time. We asked for compensation/discount when eventually most of the kit arrived but Scott demanded full payment. He promised a kit bag or something as a “recompense” - needless to say nothing has arrived. Absolute joke. Appalling attitude and absolutely pathetic service. Won’t go near this bunch again and suggest you think very carefully before using their abysmal service and customer care. Shocking. Just to confirm that this is Macron Norwich to whom I am referring

Spent almost 200 on Christmas present from these con artist it say free shipping only to get a bill of DHL for £67’41 import duties at no point did I see anything about import duties phoned there customer service only to be told I didn’t read the small print I didn’t at no point know it was to be posted from Italy really bad attitude on phone will never buy from them again

Awful. Avoid. Terrible quality coats. Return is to Italy! Delivery also not refundable. This is no way to run an online company. Who expects a company selling in £ GBP to ask for a return to Italy? Who checks that returns need to be done to another country? Stupid setup.

Excellent service, realized i ordered the wrong items and sent them an email asking if i could cancel the order. They got back within a day and cancelled/refunded me. I placed a new ordered and it arrived quickly from Italy to the USA. I hope my favorite team (Reggina) stays with Macron as their kit provider for the foreseeable future. Love the pants that I got.

Avoid this company. An absolute scam. Tried to return an item to Italy (from the UK) and they declined to accept it. Now £100 out of pocket
