Have had the pleasure of being a tenant in a Madison Brook property for just over five years and the firm and the team have been amazing - special shout-out to Callum Maloney-Joyce, my current property manager. Even in situations where certain stakeholders were really tricky in terms of communication - Callum was able to navigate situations diplomatically, drive the right outcomes and deliver excellent customer service.
I think Madison Brook overall are very professional and trustworthy - highly recommend them

A big thank you to Kiran Singh for being an incredible support during my tenancy transition. I had to terminate my tenancy early due to personal reasons, and Kiran ensured a seamless experience for both me and my replacement. I appreciate her stepping in and ensuring everything went smoothly.

Madison Brook is very helpful in assisting me in problems in the flat. When I report it in our file, it was easily looked into and fixed. Stacy was very helpful and kind in assisting me to fix the alarms in the flat. The video she sent was very helpful.

Callum is one of the most approachable Property Manager in Madison Brooks. We have been letting with this agent for 5 years and spoke to different Property Managers. They are all good! But Callum has always been efficient and prompt will all our enquiries! He is always willing to help and make sure all queries have been dealt in timely manner. Thank you Callum!

We are an Electrical contractor that work with Madison Brooke. Our main contact is Kiran Singh, it is refreshing to work with Kiran, as she not only has an excellent understanding of the works we carry out. But is always helpful when negotiating with landlords on works required.

I have just been assisted by Kiran Singh from MB who was fantastic. He replied to my emails super quick and gave me all the information I required for a serious matter. Very pleased with the service given!

We bought a property that had work done on it by Madison Brook for the previous owner. Four years on, the GRP roof installed by them has failed, with three independent roofers confirming that not enough resin was applied and the top coat was also not applied correctly. This has meant that the roof that should have a life span of over 20 years has failed within four years and requires costly remediation.

We have tried to contact MB about this to try and find a way of resolving this issue, however they have refused to engage as any warranty or guarantee is not transferable. We would have hoped that MB would stand by the quality and longevity of their workmanship and are disappointed with this response.

I gave a holding deposit for one of the property 5 Haldane road. And they called me and failed my references and the reason they gave me, my bank statements is edited and they are not give me any written proof of this one.
Now they decline to refund my money back.
They fraud with me. I talked my bank and I verified my bank statement with them. It's completely genuine.
There is one person whose name is Adam Thomas and he ia senior associate and he is keep telling me lie and he ia not responding my calls.
He denied to give me any written proof.

Kiran and the team have always been extremely helpful and nice to work with.

I just sold my property and purchased a new one through Madison Brook. My highlight has definitely been working with Danielle Ashford-Quaye from the Docklands office, she made both processes really smooth and her communication was excellent, she was always available and made sure every detail was followed through.

I would definitely use Madison Brook's services again for future sales or purchases!

Stuart has been nothing but helpful, anything that needed any attention he would do it straight away, without me having to chase him. He would also go above and beyond by contacting my solicitors, vendors solicitors and any third party, himself whenever anything was required, even for a general update. As a first time buyer, this has made the process a lot more smooth & stress free as any questions or anything I was unsure about, Stuart and Valentina were only a phone call away.

Unfortunately I thought it was a serious agency but I found myself very bad, throughout my contract the agents were constantly changing and did not let me know who I should turn to, really badly organised, on many occasions even rude, we took two flats for rent with them but we will not do it again, too bad because they have really nice houses but seriousness first of all

I have been communicating with Sherry Jones who is property manager for Oxygen. I was impressed by the proactiveness shown by her in resolving a maintenance issue where landlord was quite slow in approving the request. She presented alternatives and a route to resolution which to be honest was never done by any of the previous property manager. From all people I have interacted with at Oxygen, Sherry stands out for me.
