Had an emergency for boiler reported and we waited all day for our area manager to contact us but no one came as I have a girl with asthma. The house is full of mould but no one has come to sort this out. Always feels like it's a war to resolve an issue with them

This must be one of the easiest experiences we have ever encountered when it comes to renting privately. We’ve been renting privately for over 10 years and since Madison Brook have been managing our property since July last year it’s been a stress free process. We are particularly impressed with our property manager Sherry. She is easy to contact and Proactive in everything she does and helpful in every aspect. Always making sure we are ok, following up on things. Can not thank her enough.

From the very beginning of the long process of selling my house, Madison Brook have been so helpful and supportive. Through no fault of theirs or mine, various buyers have come and gone, there have been issues aplenty, but everyone in the team have kept plugging away finding solutions, sourcing new buyers every time someone let me down, but we finally got there thankfully. Ms. Simson met my family and myself exactly on time, which we very much appreciated because the time was awkward for a tight dinner appointment that night.

It completely changed our opinion of the company, which had nearly led us to reject this office and avoid further contact. (All owing to a fault in technological communication and my phone's inability to receive her various calls.)

The walk around the flat was a friendly excitement and an introduction to the property without deception or salesperson clichés, but with an honest assessment.

I've always been warned that one of the worst people to deal with are property managers and landlords. However Madison Brook has really put this accusation to bed.

Emma and Stan are super helpful. Not your usual estate agents, very transparent and honest. Shame I lost the property I was interested in, but the kind people at MB are keeping me in the loop when stuff is in the pipeline!

Our experience with Madison Brook has been more than excellent!

We've been renting a two bed apartment for a couple of years with them without an issue. Whenever some appliance broke, reported it on their FixFlo app or via concierge, had it promptly resolved.

Enormous part of the building management done by concierge Ali, who has always conducted his duties professionally, in a polite and respectful manner.

Have only good things to say about Joshuah Eagle, agent/manager from MBI, who, at the time, showed the 2bed property which was available to let. Very professional communication, from beginning to the end of tenancy.

Unfortunately, the rent has been going up annually, even by more than 10% recently, considering the similar properties in the area. Yet it's all fair game on their part, since setting price is completely at LL's (Fitzpatrick's) discretion.
