Recently sold our flat with Madison Brook Lewisham. Market knowledge excellent with very good follow up from Carina who instilled great confidence. Danielle has been extremely helpful in every aspect of my sale!! I was very impressed with how hands on Madison Brook were throughout the process. When I bought my first home 5 years ago, I remember feeling very out of the loop and not knowing what was going on at any one time. Madison Brook and Danielle were always a phone call away, and very vigilant in pursuing aspects that may have been forgotten about.

Towards the end of the process, my solicitor took some annual leave and in the week he was off, Danielle took a lot of responsibility and working late to help deal with the government and help to buy. This was not necessarily part of her job role but she could see the gap my solicitor had left and took it on herself to fill that. I do not think I would have completed in time had it not been for her hard work!

Emma Simpson was quick to organise viewings for me (with availability over the weekend) and was flexible with timings to fit into my limited post-work availability. Since my offer was accepted, Emma has been reactive to responses from third parties such as my solicitors / mortgage brokers (e.g. provision of EWS1 forms).

I am grateful also to Stuart Bunce in his capacity as Sales Progressor who has been excellent. I had several property purchases fall through with other estate agents prior to this successful purchase with Madison Brook. Stuart went above and beyond (by a significant margin) my experience of the other sales progressors - taking the initiative and actively chasing documentation, which helped us avoid bottlenecks in the process. At the end of October we completed the sale of our old flat and the purchase of our new one by Lewisham Station. We did so through Madison Brook’s Lewisham branch, and we found the staff that helped us to be very kind and knowledgeable. We especially had a lot of help throughout the process from Valentina, who patiently guided us through all the necessary steps. A big thank you to Stuart as well, the sales progressor who gave us a lot of help in communicating with our solicitor. They were both kind, punctual, and professional in all of their responses. It was a really positive experience which finished at the end of October.

I’m a landlord who lives below the property managed by Madison Brook!
They had a slow leak which their incompetent plumbers failed to pick up. Eventually my bathroom ceiling collapsed. To date this company has not repaired the damages to my property, despite them confirming they would! Would I rent with them? NO! Would I rely on their confidence NO!
Mr John Lipper, please can you help in getting this resolved? As the incompetence of your staff have failed miserably in getting this repaired.

I have recently purchased a flat, with Madison Brook acting on behalf of the vendor. The purchase process was very smooth and completed in a relatively short time, in large part thanks to Stuart and Valentina, who actively managed the process.
They were both very active throughout, linking with the vendor, chasing solicitors on both side and ensuring that all questions and queries were being answered and resolved.
It was the second time I was dealing with Madison Brook office in Lewisham (first time we've rented a flat through the agency) and in both occasions I found them very efficient and professional and I have no hesitation to highly recommend Madison Brook to anyone who'd like to use their services

Madison Brook marketed and sold my apartment. During the sale process they were very thorough following up with the buyers, both solicitors and the landlord.

They were very good at communicating with myself and pushing things through when some of the other parties seemed to be holding back - getting the sale across the finish line.

My experience with agent has been a complete letdown. There was a failure to provide basic check-out procedures, and the staff's ignorance and lack of common sense were glaringly evident. The unprofessionalism and laziness, which led to an inability to work without constant phone calls, were simply unacceptable.

Where do I start with this company and their level of superb customer service during my house purchase? Everyone I encountered were super helpful, professional and friendly from start to finish; particular mention of Jason who showed me the house, to Stuart who offered me amazing support through a rather convoluted and challenging sales process which were down to the sellers and my solicitors; I was almost giving up but Stuart was so supportive and really helped me to navigate the process so easily even more than the solicitors I was paying a lot of money to ! Thank you Stuart for all your help! I will give this company a 10 stars if I could, I will definitely use their services again and will also recommend them to others.

dishonest housing agent. It humiliates and discriminates against tenants! Works against tenants. It makes the functioning and life of families difficult! He rents apartments in unsafe conditions. It does not work with the intention of improving it, on the contrary it only worsens the condition of the property. They are incompetent and operate illegally. First and last rental from private agents! gang of cheaters and thieves!!!!! They are not interested in the health and lives of other people and small children.
