Very fast service, both efficient and accurate

Had a stone step repaired. I had to chase this up to get it done before new carpets arrived. The job done was okay but could have done w with a thicker layer of concrete applied.

Technician was great, really happy with the repair.

Excellent professional and courteous service provided from start to finish.

The service was fantastic, he came and made my worktop look like new, he was very pleasant and polite and was able to do the work in just a couple of hours

This was well worth it. We had a small chip in the bottom of the bath along with some minor scratches. We didn't know about the leak until some other work was being done and the bath was full of water. If the bath could not be repaired we would effectively had to replace the whole bathroom. Toilet would have to be removed to allow the bath to be replaced and then the walls re-tiled. Magicman came out within a couple of days and the bath fixed at a reasonable price. They came when they said they would. I can honestly say that I can't tell where the original scratches were. Only down side is that I am usually reluctant to pay up front but I understand why they do this give the travelling involved. Notwithstanding that, very hapy with the work carried out.

The worktop repair started to fail slightly after approx 4 months - not a major fault but needed a little more resin filling to repair. Magician sent someone to physically review the issue and then advised us that we had caused the damage (absolutely no way as we had followed the original post repair guidance) and needed to pay a further £200 + VAT to get it re-repaired.
Absolutely scandalous so I have updated this Trustpilot review to ensure others are aware of Magicman’s approach before signing up to a repair. Needless to say that I have not used these ‘shysters’ to sort out the problem

A very thorough and detailed repair to kitchen worktop damage. Damaged area paired back and then filled layer by layer. Very patient to try and match the existing slate colouring as good as possible. Really impressed with the outcome

Brilliant service. 2 big chips from the edge of quartz worktop gone and all the other little dings in our 10 year old worktop. James was very nice, clean and tidy and obviously cared about doing a good job. Highly recommend

We were impressed with Paul the engineer who was very professional and gave us good advice but ultimately advised not to carry out the repair. The company then charged us a fee of £120 for a call out despite the fact this is not covered in their terms and conditions. When i pointed this out they stated look at clause 25 which doesn't exist as the T&C;s end at 24. They refused a refund and stated even though it is not in the T&C's they felt i had provided incorrect information about the tile being loose. The tile had split three ways and I it was only when the engineer examined it was I able to see it was loose. I would suggest you go with a company that can examine the tile you need repaired beforehand as it is not ideal using a company that is based online with such poor customer service from the office based team.

Brilliant service all round. Attended the job within two days of making the enquiry. Fantastic job done to repair small chips on the edge of two adjacent wall tiles. Cannot now see any evidence of the chips. Without this repair we would have incurred significant costs sourcing and replacing the very large, very expensive wall tiles.

We were concerned about the chip in the quartz worktop, but he was reassuring and filled the chip to a very high standard - nobody would know it had been damaged. Great job and thank you.

Attended site at the time and date when you said you would be there. Unless in one instance your operative was absent from work in which case we were notified of this and the date and time was re-arranged.

Absolutely terrible! Assured a repair would be an unnoticeable repair on a window frame. Two attempts later it’s now yellow on a white frame. Expert technician came to examine works and said they would have another go using other paint. But would not achieve a match after all the assurances. Then heard nothing further from him. Now having to replace the whole frame as the repair looks ridiculous and wasted so much time. I would not use this company!
