Ten years or so.
I have been with Magnet for about ten years, I think, for house insurance. They do a Flood Re insurace and I like the way they update me and do a bit of research when renewal time comes (or switch time) to let me know or at least feel that I don't absolutely need to double check when I'm really busy - which seems to be a lot nowadays. I had a roof issue a few years ago, no problem with insurance claim. Otherwise I like to let insurance policies sleep peacefully and undisturbed in the hope they will never be needed

Renewal was painless
Renewal was painless due to the Magnet agent being able to explain everything that was requested although not able to give advice. The final cost was acceptable and within the range indicated on a 'household' website.
Would not hesitate to use Magnet again
