Dear Derik,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We would like to clarify that Magnetopia has never run a promotion offering a "free set in exchange for photos."

Could you please double-check if your order was placed on our official website? It is very likely that this promotion was hosted by another seller or platform that is not affiliated with our brand.

Please feel free to reach out to our team directly with your order number so we can help verify this for you!

Warm regards,

The Magnetopia Support Team

Dear Debra,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we would like to clarify the details to ensure full transparency.

According to our system records, the package was accurately delivered by the courier to the exact shipping address entered at checkout.

When you informed us that the address provided during purchase needed updating, our team immediately looked for a way to help. Although shipping address entry errors are outside our control, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered to absorb the product cost and send a brand-new replacement set for just a $7 shipping fee.

Our $7 re-shipment offer remains open to you! If you would like us to send a fresh set to your updated address, please feel free to reply to our last support email or contact us directly, and we will get that arranged right away.

Warm regards,

The Magnetopia Support Team

Dear Terrie,

Thank you for leaving us a review and sharing your feedback!

We would like to explain how our character sets work: our standard 20-figure set is designed as an expanded version of our 10-figure base set. Because both selected packs were from our classic lineup, the 10 characters in the smaller pack naturally overlapped with those in the larger one.

While having duplicates can be a bit of a surprise, extra figures are great for expanding your magnetic world, adding extra townspeople, or sharing with friends during group play!

For future reference, we also offer unique theme packs that contain completely different characters from the base set:

Mini Profession: Features everyday community heroes and jobs (completely different from the classic set).

Mini Tale & Mini Quest: Adventure and fantasy themed figures to bring new stories to life!

You can pick and choose these distinct packs depending on who you need to hire for your magnetic town next! If you ever need help picking unique themes, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Warmest regards,

The Magnetopia Support Team

Dear Brenda,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We're thrilled to hear that you love the quality of the toys and that your grandson will be excited to play with them. 🌟

However, we are deeply sorry about the damaged outer box. We fully understand that a beaten-up box is disappointing, especially when it's meant to be a birthday gift for your grandson. We have already logged this issue with our logistics team and will be strictly following up with our courier service to ensure package handling is improved and this doesn't happen again.

We truly value your support, and we'd love to make it up to you. Our customer support team will be reaching out to you via email over the next 1-2 days to provide you with a discount coupon for your next purchase as a token of our apology.

Thank you again for your feedback and understanding, and we wish your grandson a wonderful birthday!

Warmest regards,

The Magnetopia Support Team

Dear Evangeline,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us!

Our 0.8" (2 cm) block size is intentionally designed with children in mind—it's the perfect ergonomic size for little hands to grasp, stack, and build comfortably. While it may feel a bit smaller from an adult's perspective compared to other products, this specific sizing allows kids to build intricate 3D worlds with ease.

At the same price point, we prioritize premium quality, superior safety standards, and non-toxic, durable materials so parents can have total peace of mind during playtime.

We truly appreciate your review as it helps us continue to improve, and we hope your little ones enjoy creating with their blocks!
