Hi Deborah,

We are so sorry to hear about the confusion with your order! 🙏

To help meet different customer needs, we offer both figurine-only sets as well as figurine-and-block combination sets. Looking into your order details, it looks like the figurine-only pack was selected at checkout, which is why no magnetic blocks were included.

We completely understand how disappointing it is to open a package and not get what you were expecting for playtime! We’d love to help you get the full set with blocks so your family can start building right away.

Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team directly at contact@Magnetopia.com. We can gladly send over the link for the full block set, or assist you with getting the right combination added to your collection!

Warm regards,

The Magnetopia Team

Dear CHCrystal,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 4-star review and for sharing such thoughtful feedback! 🌟

We are so glad to hear that your son is enjoying the set and that our Littleman figurines were a fun addition to his collection! 🤖✨

A Star Wars / Droid theme sounds like an absolute blast! 🚀 We also really appreciate your note regarding adding magnets to the bodies of the Littleman figures—constructive ideas like yours are incredibly valuable to us.

We have shared both of these suggestions directly with our product design team, and we will definitely consider them for future product upgrades and new series! Thank you again for choosing Magnetopia and helping us improve! ❤️

Dear geo,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a heartwarming and incredibly detailed 5-star review. Reading your words truly brought tears of joy to our small team's eyes!

We are so glad to hear that both our basic and light-up cubes are bringing hours of imaginative playtime to your grandkids (and that they are making bath time more fun too!). Knowing that our quality, strong non-polarized magnets, and 3-day fast shipping met your high standards means everything to us.

Most importantly, we are deeply moved by your words regarding the neurodivergent and sensory needs community. You hit the nail on the head—when designing these magnetic blocks, providing a safe, satisfying, and calming sensory experience was one of our core dreams.

Warmest regards,
Team Magnetopia
