I bought a carrot cake from the website from Europe to be delivered to Florida the next day.I was unsure because it was the first time buying a cake online. The cake was delicious and delivered promptly as ordered.

Do not waste your time buying from this website. They are scammers. I bought my bf a cake and candles from them and there was supposed to be a note along side my order. The delivery guy dropped of the cake at the wrong place and when tried contacting him there was no response. I emailed them to let them know about my missing order and they emailed me back saying it was delivered and provided a picture of it. The picture provided was not my door and all he delivered was a stop and shop cake with no candles or note. I proceeded to respond to them letting them know my order was not complete and I would like a redelivery. They took hours before they responded to me and when they finally did it was right before their closing time. I had to wait until today for them to redeliver my order. The delivery guy was very disgusting and messaged me saying “Shame on you for not sending the full address second time also costing us lot of money and time” when initially I sent them the correct address. The cake I ordered from their website was NOTHING compared to the cake that was delivered to me. They are scammers and fraudulent and their customer service sucks. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a Cherry Noir cake with a personalized topper for my mom's 80th birthday, trusting their promise of reliable service. I spent AUD120 from their website and delivery in LA.
Instead of the elegant cake I ordered from their website, they delivered a basic chocolate cake with no message or decoration, completely ruining the special occasion.
I emailed multiple times, hoping for a resolution or even an acknowledgment, but received no response whatsoever.
It seems many others may have fallen victim to this scam, and I feel it’s crucial to warn potential customers.
Save your time and money – steer clear of this deceitful website!

I ordered a cake worth 20k pkr and they delivered not the cake I ordered and not even any note. It was supposed to be a surprise so the note was mandatory so they know who sent it but there was no information given on cake and they thought someone dropped it by mistake. Terrible experience. I wasted my hard earned money on such a terrible cake.

On my daughter's birthday, her grandfather sent her cake using this company. He ordered scented candles ($79.99), Lindt swiss luxury chocolate box 195g (56.99) among other thing. What was delivered were glade aqua wave candle ($5.49) and lindt lindor assorted chocolate pack ($6.98). This is fraud. Looking for a way to file a complain against this company.

Scammer!!!!! Terrible experience
This was a terrible experience. I ordered a cake for my niece for her birthday along with cake topper and greeting card.
The first problem was the time of the delivery. It was supposed to be delivered between 5 to 8 pm but they delivered before 5 pm. They charged me extra for specific time.
The topper and greeting card that were ordered were not included with the delivery. So in short, $115.00 were paid for a $16.00 cake.

The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I called to ask about my order. They didn't seem to care at all about my concerns.

For the price I paid, I expected a top-quality cake, but what I got was subpar. I feel like I wasted my money.

Avoid at all costs.

Absolute scam. I ordered a birthday cake for my cousin and they completely botched the whole order. They delivered it without toppers nor card, and sent just a basic cake and 3 chocolates despite charging me for everything. They even charged me extra for a specific delivery time and went ahead with whenever they wanted.

The customer service is awful and should be removed. They have 0 manners and talk to you in a way where it seems that they're doing you a favor.

I ordered a gift for my friend's birthday; I received tracking updates that my order was delivered ... However, my friend has not received anything.
We tried to contact them, with no Luck.
I think it's a fake site and should be considered fraudulent.

This company is a complete scam. Sent me the wrong order and also didn't send two other items I paid for. I have tried to get in contact with them but now they are ignoring my messages.

To be fair ordering was quick and easy…Then delivery a cake was left on the porch so when my uncle opened the box it was full of ANTS….. emailed company got a short and basic reply… No apologies or let’s try and fix this. Have sent email every day since delivery day May 19th and have not received even one reply…..NEVER EVER AGAIN

I am from the Philippines who got scammed by MakeMyGift! I recently ordered a Tiramisu Cake, cake topper and candles and a gift to surprise my husband on his birthday! I paid $180 for all of that. Turns out to be a big SCAM
My husband received a supermarket bought red velvet cake worth $13 and NO GIFT and cake topper at all!
It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband but it became a NIGHTMARE that made my husband so upset and made me cry!
And to top it all the cake was not only delivered nasty looking it was also not sealed at all! May husband end up throwing the cake for safety purposes!
It’s heartbreaking how you scammed so many people! And you have no remorse at all!
I live in the Philippines and $180 is already a big amount not minding at all just to surprise my husband and make him smile and happy!

Biggest scam ever! Don’t buy anything there!!

This was a horrible experience. I received a gift cake for my birthday which was an appreciated surprise. When I called my lady to thank her I was informed of what I was supposed to get and when.

The first problem was the time of the delivery. It was supposed to be delivered before 11am and did not arrive until 12:30. The topper and greeting card that were ordered was not included with the delivery. There were no names for the delivery and the driver just so happened to waive me down in the car for directions. Finally the $63.00 cake was not only the wrong cake but was picked up from Cosco with a $15.99 price tag still on the packaging. So in short, $97.00 was paid for a $16.00 cake. This company is the biggest scam I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Absolutely horrible and shameful. Run from this incompetent international service!!

They basically stole my money, not sure what else to say. They don't seem tl be a registered company in Canada. I am filling complaints about them everywhere.

Bought a Black Forest cake. Got a plain chocolate cake. If they outsource bakeries then they should charge the price for the actual product. Don’t buy from this site if you want to be disappointed trust me. Waste of 70+ dollars from some cake I could have backed and throw icing on. Truth is I needed a quick cake and thought to try them but next time I’ll read reviews before ordering. I’m appalled by the fact no one responded to me after I asked why I didn’t get what I ordered. Till now no email or response I have a right mind to get my money back but I really don’t want the bakery that made the cake to lose. Don’t order nothing from this site they just aren’t reliable.
