I have a worst experience in Malabar Gold & Diamonds. I started a scheme in Malabar and they said u don't need to pay making charges if u r selecting the jewellery less than 14% and u can select anywhere in India. But after the scheme gets completed, I checked in HSR layout Bangalore and they don't have jewellery less than 14%. They just have plain chains and finger rings which comes under that category which is purely a scam. They are trying to attract the customers in the name of this scheme but dont do what they promise. And the staff in Chennai T.nagar office convinced me like anything to put the scheme but after that the behaviour sucks.

Jewellary is good. But management should train their senior people on how to behave and interact with customers. I always purchase jewellery from Malabar gold. But today I did my last purchase from this jewellery. I will never go there again

Dear Malabar Gold & Diamonds Team,

We purchased a diamond bracelet from Malabar Gold & Diamonds in India. Unfortunately, the item is damaged, so we visited your Sharjah Rolla showroom for support and requested an exchange.

However, the showroom team informed us that it is not possible to change or exchange diamond items purchased in India. We do not understand this point, because Malabar Gold & Diamonds promotes an international warranty.

If international warranty support is not available for items purchased in India, then why is it promoted as an international warranty?

We are very disappointed with the response we received and also with the poor behavior of the Malabar team at the showroom. As customers, we expected better support and professional service from such a reputed brand.

Kindly look into this matter and provide a proper solution as soon as possible.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Malabar Santa Clara store, thanks to Pratibha. She was incredibly patient, kind and attentive from the moment I walked in. She stayed with me throughout the entire visit, showed me a wide range of beautiful designs and encouraged me to try on pieces until I found what truly resonated with me.
She also arranged for me to speak with the manager regarding the monthly gold scheme, which made the whole experience feel even more personalized and special. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made my visit memorable.

I would like to express my appreciation for Mr. Rajabai at Malabar Singapore. He has consistently provided exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. His product knowledge, patience, and dedication make every visit a pleasant experience.

In my opinion, employees like Rajabai are a valuable asset to Malabar. Many customers, including myself, look forward to dealing with him because of the trust and confidence he builds. It is disappointing to hear that his contract may not be renewed.

I sincerely hope the management reconsiders this decision. Losing such a dedicated and customer-focused employee could result in losing loyal customers as well. Staff like Rajabai play a significant role in maintaining Malabar’s reputation and customer loyalty.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and service from Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Sainikpuri. I purchased an 18K gold bangle for around ₹70,000 after being told by the staff that 18K gold is very strong and durable. However, the bangle broke within just one month of normal use.

I visited the store and gave it for repair. They sent it to the factory, and after almost one month they called me to collect it. But the moment they handed the repaired bangle back to me in the store itself, it broke again immediately. This clearly shows a serious quality issue.

One employee then suggested that I exchange the bangle with a loss of ₹20,000. I explained that as a middle-class family, losing ₹20,000 is not a small amount. I purchased the bangle trusting their quality and advice. It is unfair for the customer to bear such a huge loss for a defect that is not our fault.

What hurt me even more was being told, “If you want gold, you have to lose.” This is not the kind of response expected from a reputed jewellery brand.

Finally, they again took the bangle for repair, but they are not even giving any guarantee for it. Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service experience.

I had an excellent customer service at Malabar Gold Southall. Catty really helped me in selecting the jewellery of my choice.They have a variety of gold and diamonds.

I dont recommend to go Malabar day by day they are becoming greedy and robbing people. Other jeweler shop has less making charge . Ver Bad experience with Malabar gold too much making charges. and in counter they gave one price and while billing they changed words by saying that system not accepting and they charged more again which is very wrong we all come hear dont to donate ur shop. just think all are Human never ever chit people u have to answer God
