Ahhhhh, thank you for that and all the other reviews. I am glad that the cement mixer and bead fitting soldered to the charm was what you wanted.
So many customers come to us saying, "I love the XXXXX charm, but can you make it fit a Pandora bracelet or a Thomas Sabo bracelet".
With the bead fittings and the lobster trigger claps, it opens up a world of different charms which are usually a little more economical price-wise too.

As you pointed out, it appeared to have been stuck in Paris for 2 weeks, which is terrible, so I have forwarded my complaint on to the courier.

Looking at our email conversation, it appears the website might have crashed due to the number of items you ordered, which is our fault, so I do apologise. I will try to make the website better in the future.

I am glad you liked the charms and hope they were soldered in positions that were good for the recipient. I try to balance them around the bracelet as much as possible.

Thank you so much for the review.
I was just looking back through our messages in 2017 and the trophy with a bend.
As mentioned then, all our charms supplied from companies around the world, are never perfect. Some will have slight casting marks while some like fencing foils or swords and the like, can have slight bends to them. Thank you for the order in 2023 and I hope we can help again in the future.

The kite charm is a little more unusual than the normal cats, dogs and all those charms in between.
Did it bring back memories of flying kites as a child or was it like my memories of tangled string and the kite pirouetting into the sand?

Thank you so much for the review. When you initially reached out with the quantity of the brooches, I was a little shocked and I apologise for the LONG amount of time that the manufacturer took to make them up. Hopefully, you were happy with the end result and we have more stock left if you require some more.

Hello again.
Thank you for the 5 stars despite the issues with the website. I am glad everything worked out in the end.
The website is not the greatest, unfortunately, although we do our best with it. Some customers do get frustrated and head over to ebay or amazon to buy our silver charms. Saying that, many seem to have no issues and breeze through checkout. I will keep searching for an affordable solution, but in the meantime, if you do have any issues then please let us know and we will try to make it work.

We do try to be efficient and get orders out as quickly as possible. Usually, an order placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day although some larger orders can take a little longer.

I'm also glad you like the charm.
That's the main thing really!

I am glad you liked the order and of course the customer service. From our email conversation I was hoping all would fit with the clip and jump ring on the other, so I hope all worked out ok and you got the refund for the second clip that wasn't required.

That sounds more complicated when I just typed that out!

many thanks for the stars and review.
I am sorry that they were smaller than expected. Was it both charms or just one in particular?
Many years back we wondered how we could convey the size more accurately to customers and thought the most universal form of measurement was a ruler. Initially, we used just the mm side, but with confusion from some who prefer inches, we then continued with showing photos of the 5000+ charms in inches as well as mm. Usually, there are around 3 extra photos showing, incorporating the side, length and width with reverse views.

With all of that said, it's only when you have something in front of you that you can appreciate how perfect, small or large an item is.

Over the years, some have suggested a better comparison would be a finger nail or coin. Unfortunately, we all have different sizes of fingernails and coins do not have a universal size and I doubt some of our overseas customers would be familiar with the size of a new English 5 pence piece.

The carabiners are great, and we make them up as earrings (as you had) as well as charms for Pandora's and Thomas Sabo bracelets too.

Hello,
thank you for taking the time to leave a review on a clip. Not the most exciting product, but they are very useful.

I think you ordered the 15mm but we do also have the 9mm, 11mm and the 13mm lobster clips too, just in case you need different sizes. They are also available in pack sizes too.
