Can't believe how helpful the staff were at Maldon Jewellery. They went the extra mile to ensure that my Great Niece was able to enjoy wearing her new necklace at her 'sweet 16th' birthday party. I think the sad thing nowadays is that you expect something to go wrong or for someone NOT to do what they say they are going to do, which seems to be more commonplace now. When things do work out you are left with this feeling of joy that what should have happened, HAS happened.

The soldering service is great for that extra bit of security, whether the charm will be used as a pendant and therefore won't come off the chain too easily, or if you want the charms placed on a charm bracelet and then the rings soldered closed.

We do try to dispatch as quickly as possible and then it's down to the courier and Royal Mail are USUALLY fairly good but I would never rely on their delivery "AIM" of one to two days!
Best to get in nice and early for Christmas!
Saying that, a few customers have been ordering Christmas charms since July, from memory, so it's never too early.

Just superb customer service
I contacted this company with a view to buying a full set of "12 Days of Christmas" silver charms. They were so helpful, with selecting the correct set, and ensuring I didn't get muddled up with which ones I should be ordering. A real personal service, can't praise them enought. My charms are delightful, I could not be more happy and would not hesitate to use them again.

I must admit when you asked for a photo of the full set of larger 12 Days of Christmas charms, I wondered how long it would take me! BUT, when customers ask these questions, it makes me find ways of getting the information to customers as quickly as possible for their benefit as well as mine. I think the only issue was my awful photography skills, so, from memory, I photographed a number of times in batches of a few at a time as well as the whole set. Anyway, it worked in the end, so thank you.
Take care and please let us know if we can ever help. We do have the smaller set of 12 Days of Christmas charms too, just in case you need a different set, as well as Father Christmas charms and Rudolph charms and not forgetting the good old Santa's sleigh charms.
