This was my first experience with them, and I have never experienced anything like this before with any other pakistani brand. My shipment was late they sent me wrong size and also cancelled one of the dress. Today is March 27 2026 still waiting for someone to address both issues. I have reached out to them multiple times through chat , email and whatsapp. They kept asking for proof which I have sent multiple times, it seems the person on the other side is looking to ignore the fact that if there's any issue.
I am highly disappointed in their customer service and hoping to get my money back for cancelled item as well the wrong size that was shipped.

I don't know what happened with other people I have ordered clothes with them and they are good quality and ship clothes on time and they have good costumer service

I ordered from this company over a month ago and still have not received my shipment. The tracking information shows that the package has not moved, and after contacting UPS directly, they confirmed that the shipment had not been received by them.
Despite this, my request to cancel the order was denied.. even though the item has never been received. I’ve been left waiting with no resolution, no product, and no accountability.
This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, especially considering the lack of customer support and unwillingness to resolve a clear issue. I trusted this company with my money and was met with poor service and disregard once a problem arose.
I will be sharing my experience across my social media platforms with over 5,000 followers so other Pakistanis can make an informed decision before ordering. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing from this company!!!

🚫 Do Not Fall for Their Website – Mannat USA is a Scam!

I had a very disappointing experience with Mannat USA. I ordered two sets of kurthas one came with stains, a bad smell, and looked already worn multiple time and altered. When I reported it, they told me to return it for an exchange, but I had to pay the return cost myself. The exchanged set they sent also didn’t look brand new. Very fishy brand.

Their delivery takes forever, and the quality is extremely poor absolutely not worth the money. They make their website look attractive to mislead customers, but it’s all fake. They even ship worn clothes.

One of my kurthas was somewhat okay, but still not worth the price. Overall, this was a very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. Please do not buy from them save your money and time.

Pathetic customer service before and aftersales as well. I ordered a suit from them and it was a defected piece; had stains all over the shirt. It looked like someone has worn it and then returned it. They never replied to my messages, not on phone, not on whatsapp, not on instagram. I wanted an exchange not even return.

Scammers , Based in Pakistan , order couple of suits from them ,very poor quality, they don't refund your money if the item is not in stock, will make sure to take action against these scammers

They were taking forever to ship, so I reached out to find that 2 of the dresses I wanted were unavailable because they were out of fabric due to the season. Then why are you selling it- take it off the site?! They offered to exchange, but I asked for a refund on those, and to ship the other one.
Well it came, 2 MONTHS LATER even though they said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. On top of that, the fabric quality seems to be cheap polyester and the top runs way too big. I also got the refund on the others, but customer service was horrible throughout this process. They would often ignore me and it was like pulling teeth to get them to give me my refund!!!
They need to rethink their business strategy because if they continue like this they’re gonna have a lot of unhappy customers!!

I ordered a 3 piece suit which costed around 10k. They told me it had been delivered but it didn't. They kept saying they're looking into this problem when they actually weren't. Later then they sent a fake signature and a fake nic that was so called the signature and nic of the person who received it. I later then tried to TRACK THEIR NIC and it turned out to be fake. They still haven't given me a refund. Now I don't have my eid dress or my money. Allah will surely punish them for doing this with everyone. NOTE: ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. PLEASE SPREAD THIS ALL OVER THE INTERNET AS WE ARE TOO.

Poor customer service, poor quality of clothing, and inaccurate description on the website. I ordered an outfit and the dupatta was totally different from what was depicted on the website. Repeatedly reached out to customer service and they've done nothing. Said they'll look into it and never got back to me. I will NOT be ordering from here again and I don't think you should either.

Loved the clothes, amazing fabric and quality.

I recently bought few. dress from Mannat Clothing and I am beyond disappointed. The quality is absolutely terrible—cheap fabric and poorly made. Definitely not worth the price. I paid extra for expedited shipping, and of course, my package was delayed. When I tried to reach customer service, no one responded. It’s clear they don't care about their customers at all. I will NEVER buy from here again. Don’t waste your money!

I had an awful experience with Mannat Clothing. They charged me for my order immediately, but months have passed, and I still haven’t received it. Worse, their customer service is non-existent—no responses to emails or messages. It feels like they’ve taken my money and disappeared. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs unless you want to throw your money away.

Clothes are ugly . I ordered by mistake and I called them and ask can I return the clothes and get refund the lady on the said they have no refund policy. Bull crap . Their clothes are ugly and expensive and now I am stuck with $135 worth of ugly clothes.🤬🤬🤬

I ordered three outfits from their website on 6 February 2024. On 9 February I received a Whatsapp message saying that 2 out of the 3 outfits were unavailable. On 10 February I cancelled the whole order immediately and asked for a full refund. My message was acknowledged. I chased for my refund on 16 February. I was told they would check with their Department. On 21 February I messaged again for my refund. I received a response on 22 February in which they said they would expedite my refund. I chased again on 27 February. I was told it would be done that week. I chased again on 4 March. No response. I chased again on 5 March. No response. I chased again on 6 March. I received a response saying they would check with the 'concerned department'. I chased 2.5 hours later that day asking if they had checked with the 'concerned department'. I have not received a response.
It has now been a month since I requested a refund for suits that they never had available but which were advertised as available.

I shall be posting this review wherever I can.

Do NOT ever order from Mannatclothing.com. They advertise clothes on their website as being available. Once you've ordered the suits they say it is unavailable. You then ask for a refund which they refuse to pay.
Shocking and dishonest behaviour!
