Do not waste your money ! these guys are a SCAM spent over $250 dollars, $70 to have sent to usa, and these guys have no idea how to deal with the customer, i ordered small they sent xsmall, and wont return it, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS, go anywhere else

I bought a dress from usa and they sent me a defective piece.it was around 250 dollars dress with hidden 21 dollars import charge.
It was defective from back and too tight sleeves.
Do not waste your hard earned money.

I recently purchased Verve from their luxury pret collection. The outfit itself us a 10 out of 10 and deserves 5 starts for quality, fit and price. My only reason for giving them a 4 star review instead of a 5 star was because they completely let me down on service when it came to delivery. They stipulated it would be dispatched within 5 days if ordering which was confirmed to me upon ordering. I actually really love that they have an automated WhatsApp messaging service that confirms your order automatically with estimated dispatch times. I ordered with plenty of time for my outfit to arrive for a wedding. Nearly 2 weeks later I found myself chasing as there was still no dispatch. I had to message them several times chasing and being assured it will arrive on time until it was too late. The outfit literally arrived 1 day after the event. Honestly, their service in responding to customers was not bad at all but they need to work on getting deliveries out on time as mine was 2 weeks over their own promise.

Having said all this i will still order again as I absolutely cannot praise the quality, style and fit of this outfit. I am looking forward to wearing it at another special event.

Received a dress, definitely not the same colour at all. In the picture it was golden, and silk looked so smooth and silky but the actually it was a sea green colour and the quality of silk is not that great

Received my order today and specifically told them armhole sizes and lining to be added to sleeves but when the outfits came they were clearly not the sizes requested. They added lining after the outfit has been stitched. Poor quality and untrustworthy as the sizes were not what they showed in photos. All they want is your money and don’t care about service. Will never order from them again but Do not order from them

The quality of the dress was different and much poorer than what was depicted. The color of the dress was also listed incorrectly. When I received the dress, it was a different color. I attempted to reach out to Mushq, but they stated that I “be rest assured. We are dispatching the same outfit to all customers.” I don’t think it’s ok that all your customers are receiving the wrong item.

Unfortunately, their poor standards and deplorable customer relations won’t have me making the same mistake twice.

Had ordered sona dress and was same as picture 🫶🏼 and received in 2 days great experience and high quality stuff
