I hired Marble Law in December 2025 to assist with my K‑1 visa process. They were extremely quick to contact me and collect payment (processed through Affirm). An attorney and a paralegal were assigned, and our initial call went smoothly. It took me about a month to gather all required information, and during a second call at the end of March 2026, I was told everything was ready for submission.

After that point, the process completely stalled. The attorney stopped responding to emails and calls. When I contacted customer service, the paralegal reached out briefly, but communication again went silent soon after. Frustrated, I decided to cancel the service.

I called the 1‑800 number provided in June 2026, but nothing happened. No one from management ever contacted me or offered any solution. Meanwhile, Affirm continues to deduct payments, and I have no way to stop them.

My experience with this firm has been extremely disappointing, and I do not recommend their services to anyone.

My attorney Emily did an amazing job helping me file a temporary hearing that was much needed for my current divorce case. She had me properly prepared and ready for the hearing and she did an amazing job at the hearing. The outcome was exactly what I wanted and more.

They where suppose to help me with a child custody case they only tell you the bare minimum and when the case gets started they come with another fee after another fee. I got a lawyer that has helped me with everything for 1/4 the cost they were saying was just going to cover the beginning. Horrible I would never recommend them to anyone stay away.

The Marble team understood my issue and connected me to a local lawyer right away to help resolve my issue. Still waiting on the lawyer to complete the task.

This has been one of the most frustrating financing experiences I’ve ever had. The communication was confusing from start to finish. I received multiple emails showing different refund amounts, and no one clearly explained what was happening with my account.

I have multiple financing accounts, yet I was never told which account the refund was applied to until I repeatedly contacted customer support. Instead of making the process simple and transparent, I had to keep asking basic questions just to understand my own balance.

The lack of clear communication, transparency, and consistency made this experience extremely stressful. Customers should not have to chase answers or guess where their money went.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I would not recommend Marble Law. I was assigned Daniel for what should have been a straightforward case. I paid my legal fees in full in April, and since then I’ve been completely ghosted. I’ve sent multiple emails, called repeatedly, and reached out through the support chat just trying to get a status update, but I’ve received no response and seen no progress on my case.

My experience has been that they’re quick to take your money but incredibly difficult to reach afterward. Save yourself and look elsewhere.

I will tell you how this ends so far I am starting to feel a little uneasy. Yet, if it changes I be the first to come and change my rating. Stay Tuned!!
