I have ordered a lot from Marlboro with my reward points record player 2 yeti tumblers cast iron skillet rayban sunglasses instamatic camera and a hammock all came within a few weeks. I ordered the black stone portable grill took 80,000 points from me on February 1 and ups will not ship it due to the weight does NOT match the weight on the label! I have called twice and emailed Marlboro and still nothing is happening uugghhh I have been smoking there products for 30 years come on man give me my product ASAP geez

Marlboro Rewards program is a joke and trying to talk to somebody is even a bigger joke

I was on virtual chat got disconnected I was on live chat got disconnected I was on the phone for over 20 minutes and got disconnected. I'm getting the run around on the Marlboro reward program nobody can seem to do anything to help me out I am no longer going to be smoking marlboro's I know I'm only one person but I'm going to put out a bad review every single day and a bunch of my friends including my family smoke Marlboro and they will no longer be smoking any Marlboro products what so ever. And I suggest anybody else to quit using Marlboro products the rewards program is a joke you can only turn in 3000 points a month I've had 22,000 points all together and I'm going to get something for about 22,000 points but they're saying basically I can use my points it's going to take over 6 months to get what I want. They don't care another big corporation that doesn't give a shit about the low man on the pole they don't care about their customers they are a joke.

Called customer service, and they said it was shipped, by UPS, called UPS and they said they have not gotten a tracking number Marlboro states is on the package..
I just got one thing to say, Marlboro ur company is starting to be the shittiest cigarette company in the US..
Get me package to me or find u another customer.. I'm gonna let the people who smoke your brand that u suck, and u are not worthy of your brand and its services

I placed a order withy points and have never received my product. They just keep telling me to message again. Been 2 months and same story. I don't know what's going on with them now. I never had issues before. Im so disappointed with this.

Marlboro is the new Smoker Friendly

Marlboro is the new Smoker Friendly. Half the cigarette is air. Tilt the cigarette down and the tobacco falls out. I started smoking marlboro when I was 16. Im now 42, I loved marlboro for 26 years. Now, I'll never smoke another marlboro again. Just another corporation scamming people. Its like buying a pack of premium smokes and finding only 10 cigarettes in the pack...🤦‍♂️

No order and and no points back - huge scam that should be investigated

I placed my order through Marlboro rewards in July and have never received it. When I wrote my email I received response of saying (summarizing) Sorry We cannot reship, have a nice day. When I called customer service they told me that I cannot even have my points back either. Seems like they're running big huge scam that should be investigated. Unbelievable what the world has turned into!!! We should just accept it, seriously?!

I ordered a reward coupon book on 10/7 and I still haven’t received. The email states 2-4 weeks it has been about a month already waiting.
I called your customer service representative and she said to allow 4 -6 weeks for delivery.

I feel that your company should be able to do better than that in serving your customers.

Also, while I was holding to speak to a representative, the message to continue to hold played every “5” seconds ? You should change that message to play every 20 seconds at minimum. I was on hold for approximately 6 minutes so staffing is also an opportunity.

Na offensichtlich bin ich nicht der einzige dem das passiert, hat mir schon acht Löcher in den Boden in Teppich dank dieser neuen Tabakkonstellation reingebrannt und auch die Finger habe ich mir schon dreimal verbrannt, die Glut fällt einfach ab, ich bin doch kein Versuchskaninchen, kommt mir vor wie wie Naxalm auf der Haut, lässt sich überhaupt nicht wegschütteln brennt sich richtig rein, das ist doch nicht normal, werde das auch den verbraucherschutz melden. Erst stinkt der Tabak nach Chlor Geruch und jetzt fallen die Zigaretten auseinander und verbrennen mir alles.
Ach ja und das ganze klein Zeug und die großen Stengel gehören da auch nicht rein.

Bezieht sich auf Marlboro Tabak kleine Portion 30 g zu 7,50, aber offensichtlich betrifft das den aktuellen Tabak insgesamt.

I don't think it's fair to just average…

I don't think it's fair to just average everyday person to enter legit packs they've bought to someone that works in a bar that probably don't smoke at all and just collects packs from drunk people and patrons. THATS NOT LEGIT!! Then by the time we have enough (everyday person) everything decent is sold out!! I've had the same items on my wish list for 4 years😭 Also didn't get any birthday points this year. When did they stop that?

I tried to input my codes and the site has been down and then I call been on hold one hour and still no live human being. Wtf we pay 10 a pack and they can't afford to have customer service? This is so wrong. I will make them credit my points if they don't get the sit back up. THIS IS MESSED UP. HOUR WAITING I HUNG UP PISSED OFF

I ordered a Stetson wool hat and it was a fake and imitation hat. When I removed the sticker the liner came off and was delivered from a hat store from Texas. I will attach the pictures. Don’t let them fool you. I paid 67,000 points. Very disappointing of the Marlboro.

I have been signing for my rewards

I have been signing for my rewards. I bought three VISA cards $50. $20 and $20. Non of the cards worked. Managers told me the tried everything. Now I bought one of the coupon books.They do not tell you only a few on a list that will except them. Those plates also charge more for a pack. I have called Marlboro several times about this matter. They do not care
I have learned now that I'm going to switch brands dye to the poor treatment to their customers. I would give them a zero rating if it was offered. All this time I spend adding the codes over the years..WASTED

Take it from a long time Marlboro customer.

I have been smoking Marlboro cigarettes since I was of legal age to buy. I've tried different brands here and there, but there is not a company out there with greater cigarettes. They also offer the best reward systems and coupons out there. Even after being the best cigarette company out there, they continue to have great prices.

I have been a faithful long time…

I have been a faithful long time customer of Marlboro Smooth brand and will not purchase another brand I have always enjoyed entering my codes on the website and racking up points to purchase rewards I have redeem points for several items from the rewards Marlboro catalog including egift cards from venmo and Visa which were my favorite of all things it really helped out in a pinch when we were short on money right before payday and now they no longer have the option to purchase with your Rewards and have no other replacement for an egift card? I was going to use the points for an Uber Eats gift card until I realized they have to mail it to you. I can't believe they removed the option for the venmo and Visa egift cards literally couldn't wait to get my points up to cash in on those! Before the e-gift cards were an option they had an option to purchase a visa plastic gift card that they mailed to your home 6 weeks later. I eventually saved up enough points to get 3 $25 or 3 $50 Visa gift cards that were supposed to be mailed to me and I only received 1 gift card. Marlboro customer service handled this promptly and efficiently and sent me out 2 Visa gift cards to fulfill my 3 card order. Then they rolled out the egift cards and I was ecstatic had gotten several of those until they were removed a few months ago. PLEASE PLEASE bring back venmo & Visa e-gift cards!!! They were so helpful very disappointed in the fact that these are gone and was told by customer service several times they will be returning they couldn't give me a time frame but please add them back please from a long time faithful customer these are my favorite and I know there's a lot of other people on Reddit and other websites that agree come on Marlboro as much money as I spend on my cigarettes almost $11 a pack the least you can do is add those the e-gift cards to cash in reward points and receive your reward immediately back on the catalog thank you
