Sent back items for exchange for bigger size but have had no response

I sent an item back over a month ago for a return and have not heard back since. have basically just taken my money and gone.

Id recently sent back an item when i was told it would be refunded but have had no response in 3 weeks

Do not buy from this company. They make you pay for returns and then don’t refund. Wish I read here before purchasing

They send me they wrong size and when I have emailed them to make a return of the item. I haven't heard from them since.
Its not been 4 days no reply

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, items were poor quality, had to pay for tracked returns and then never received a refund like many others. Disgraceful

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I’ve never received my order & have had no response to multiple emails & Instagram messages. Currently going through a visa dispute claim with my bank to hopefully get my money back. Absolutely shocking. How are these companies allowed to still trade?!?!

Products are the best. However, delivery time is a bit of a nightmare. It still comes though....... eventually.

WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED!! HAD TO PAY TO RETURN, SIGNED RECORDED SO I KNOW THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED BACK TO THE STORE BUT NO EXCHANGE. IGNORED SEVERAL OF MY EMAILS!!! AWFUL COMPANY. STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY. COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!

Wish I had seen all the reviews before buying. Worst company I have ever ordered from or dealt with, ordered something which was never delivered and I have received no response to my email or Facebook messages, worst company and couldn’t describe how much of a scumbag company this is, never ever order from this piece of sh..

Absolutely disgraceful company. Ordered an item of clothing in December which I sent back the day after receiving it. No refund received. Countless emails ignored. Couldn’t recommend a company less. Giving small online retailers a bad name. Scumbags.

Don’t buy, ordered some trackies but they were too small want to exchange for a more expensive pair but they just never reply to any emails or Instagram messages. Joke...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered 4 items which were so poor quality, all of them were either too big or too small but all the same size. Returned the items to their address and never heard from them again, they didn’t reply to numerous emails or Instagram messages. I had to call up my bank and dispute the transaction.
