WETHER THIS COMPANY TRADES AS MARVO OR MARVOTTI, THEY IGNORE PEOPLE ONCE THERE’S A PROBLEM. DEAR CUSTOMERS, IF YOU HAVE POSTED THE ITEMS BACK PLEASE KEEP YOUR POSTAGE RECEIPT AND CONTACT YOUR BANKS. I WILL NOT REST UNTIL THIS COMPANY IS LOOKED INTO. I WILL BE GETTING ACTION FRAUD INVOLVED TOO. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE.

I purchased a few items a couple months ago from this website. The items arrived and wanted to return them as they didnt fit properly and looked different from the pictures on the website. I returned the items to their PO box with tracking which said it has been signed for and delivered and I have never got any type of refund or response back from them even after emailing them 4 times. I feel like I have been robbed. Stay clear of this place as the same will most likely happen to you!

The first time I ordered from here was a couple of years ago, my order took about a week just to process. This time, the order was processed almost immediately, I think next business day, and the shipment only took a few days to arrive. Very impressed with the improvements over years.

Been shopping at Marvotti for a while now, always find the quality superior to other similar brands and the customer service is 2nd to none. Their staff always take the time to check in with me and how things are. If only all brands were like this

Great website for ordering, very straight forward and understandable to use. When ordering clothing it was clear and easy to view through website and good updates for tracking when my delivery will be.
