Refunded two cargo trousers with the company. It’s been 3 months and they haven’t sent my refund. They replied on email for a bit, then completely stopped. Looking for legal ways to try and get my money back as it is over £100 I am owed.

Really bad customer service. No address on the main page, no contact number, no reply to emails. Shocking. Will not be buying from them again. SCAM. Tried to send an item back and the address came back wrong and now not replying to any email! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

Really liked the clothes and very fast delivery

Struggled for years to find cargos to fit me as I’m 6foot4 with 34/35 in legs. These cargos fit like a glove, great material and look great.

Quick delivery. Trousers feel really good quality!

Ordered from them, trousers were wrong size. I emailed 2 twice and sent instagram and facebook messages finally got a reply on insta, who then emailed me a returns form.

Someone, sent me a returns form off insta. Of course address no longer in use.

This was tracked then failed delivery to that address. I tried contacting them on everything, i got no reply. Nothing. So i now have no item or refund.

Shocking, returned two pairs of shorts with tracking details which show it was received at their address.

No refund, no response to emails / Instagram messages. Been 4 months now.

Great quality and ahead of the fashion market.

I was sceptical because there were some bad reviews but my experience has been brilliant.

The items do take longer than some companies like ASOS or Amazon, but deal with it.

Great company, I have recommended to multiple people and they have also said great things.

marvotti.com is a fraud and a scammer. Sent the product( order number 9943) back and received absolutely zero refund! And they are not replying to any email. £50 down the drain. returned the item via its return portal and provided return postage proof as requested. emailed numerous times asking for the refund but they all have been ignored. now its trying to flag my review and trying to get it removed. do NOT buy anything from MARVOTTI!!! marvotti.com is a fraud and a scam, avoid buying anything from marvotti at all costs.

Brilliant quality I cant understand all of the negative reviews on here the quality of the Cargo pants and fit are brilliant the delivery was quick al definitely be ordering again very soon
