Need Explanations of Transfer Options
I wish it were clearer what each transfer option was and meant. Like if I could hover over each option and it give me info. Or, if there was an about tab/window somewhere in the website detailing how the transfer options work.
Because I just paid for a real time transfer instead of a next day transfer, but afterwards, the text I got said it could take up to 48 hrs to hit my account. I'm not understanding because ifnI was willing to wait 48 hrs for the money, I would have just paid for the next day transfer. I basically don't know what or why I'm paying extra if it's not expedited or would in fact take longer.
I will still wait a bit to see how long it takes, but it could be clearer so my expectations are closer to what takes place.

takes basically the full 5 business days to show up but when it does, the money does transfer to preferred choice pretty quickly.

I have few transactions transferred…
I have few transactions transferred into my Gcash Wallet but I never received them, I dont know where the money went, unlike when i transferred to my BPI bank it went through and i received it. While on Gcash Wallet i never received any amount but it says here that it went through and is processed.

I have been having many problems…
I have been having many problems lately. I have been trying to make a withdrawal since November 12th, and it has been a complete nightmare. Every day the transfer gets canceled and an error appears. I am considering not using this platform again, as I am afraid my money might disappear. I have been needing my money for almost 2 months now, and I have not received a clear response—only empty solutions that lead nowhere.
