Having used your company for many years…
Having used your company for many years with no problems, this renewal has been a nightmare. Charged two admin charges for changes, received several policies with incorrect details and then received a text stating that I owed money. Spoke to someone who really couldn't be bothered and who advised me that the previous policy hadn't been closed down correctly and that he would look into it. I asked if he could notify me when it had been sorted but have heard nothing to date. His attitude was " if you've had good service for many years you can't really complain now",how unprofessional.
