Now will you stop spamming me with demands to review

I had to go back to MasterQuote after setting up my car insurance with them as there was an issue with my NCB - unknowingly, I hadn’t accrued any whilst I was insured on a leasehold car.
Each of the team I spoke to were beyond helpful and sorted the policy out speedily- yes, it was obviously more expensive but that was made more bearable by the staff involved.

masterquote was great,but my experiences with close brothers was more like chuckle brothers...

Excellent service at renewal, easy to follow process.

I found it easy enough to get Buildings and Contents insurance and had to discuss a number of issues in doing so.

What I am not happy about is the online portal. There was no-one on the help chat available.

I found an error in the documents but it was easy to get corrected (thanks Rupert) over the phone. As my application required some discussion the policy schedule and adjustment schedule were difficult to understand.

I will use the broker again.
