I received my oder yesterday and all I got was a moisturizer and the bottles were elite white with a white label placed on there! Don't order. I sent an email and have heard nothing. SCAM!

Took a month to get the product, kept getting different delivery alerts. It was delivered twice, but not really. The label looks nothing like the one advertised. White generic label on a white bottle. 1.0 oz. Does nothing to the skin.

SCAM ALERT: Definitely not as advertised. I have sent emails regarding the order and they never respond. Emailed today regarding the fake products and that I will be reporting them to the Department of Business Professional Regulation. They do not even show up as an approved company. Plumbing company is what shows on address on envelope.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and refund process at Match Cosmetics. I placed an order for foundation makeup, which I later realized did not match the description on the website. I requested a cancellation of the order in December 2024, but was told it couldn’t be stopped because the product was already in transit. I was assured that I could return the item once it arrived.

After the item was returned to the warehouse due to an address issue, I requested a refund, only to be told that the company’s policy does not allow refunds in such situations. This is incredibly frustrating, as I had initially asked for the cancellation before the product even shipped. The refusal to issue a refund despite the circumstances seems unreasonable.

The customer service team has been unhelpful in providing clear and consistent responses, and there are no policies available on their website for reference regarding their refund and return policies. I am now considering taking legal action due to the lack of a resolution.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless they make significant improvements in their customer service and refund policies.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER!!! I placed an order and it took over a month to receive it. In that time I purchased from Amazon. Which works great and was way less expensive. I have now gone back and forth with ‘customer service’, which is a joke, with 10+ emails. There is no 100% money back guarantee within 30 days. They offer you 50% refund. I’m not sure about all of you, but I have NEVER heard of a 50% money back guarantee on a product that I have never opened and requested the refund on the day I received the product. ALSO, the product was not a Match Cosmetics product. It says Barupt. Who the h$&@ is that!?!? PLEASE NOTE: there is nowhere on the website for reviews. There is nowhere that explains the money back guarantee. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF RETURNING IT IF YOU REQUEST IT!!!! If this is the type of product you want, find it elsewhere! THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM!!!

I placed an order about a week or so ago. I’ve not heard back on the shipping status, so at this point I’m trying to cancel the order however no one wants to respond. It breaks my heart when I put my trust in a company and they end up scamming me. I live on a fixed income and really could not afford this I just thought maybe it would be worth the money. I’m truly disappointed.

This company is a fraud. I ordered the buy one get one foundation, but to get that I had to order a third item. I received the foundation, but not the third item. When I reached out to them they were slow to reply. In the reply it was oh it was delivered Jan 7th. I said it was only a partial order do you have tracking for the rest. No response for days. February 8th my card was used fraudulently & still not recourse for this item. I was told they couldn't refund me the portion of the third item via check. I had to download an app to track this order that spied on my emails. This company has great products, but unfortunately someone is crouptng it's character. People are getting very snicky these days. Do yourself a favor & buy it from Amazon. This Hassel isn't worth the effort.

Still no response, these people are scammers and are using a name brand product to advertise then switching it out for some off beat brand that doesn't work. They are stealing money from us .

Still waiting on my order! It has been weeks. After reading reviews, I am not even messing with the company. Going straight to my bank, I will dispute these thieves!!! And I encourage you all to do the same!!!

Ordered my products 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped it. Emailed 100 times, no response. And from the looks of the other reviews I’m not alone. All hype no delivery.

I placed an order and email asking when will my order was gonna be shipped no response. I went online to their website and also sent and emailed to them no response. I asked to cancel order still no response. I believe there fake.

Terrible!! Return policy is a lie! I have emailed 1000 times and they never respond. This foundation is lotion at best! Awful. Don’t buy!!

I was excited to order the foundation as it was advertised as being a great product all over social media and match cosmetics website. I received the product over a week late which was a little disappointing but I understand things can happen. When I opened the package, the foundation was not labeled as match cosmetics but rather eelhope. I tested the product and the consist next was like sunscreen with no pigment whatsoever or foundation coverage. I reached out tot he company twice on their website and once via emails and have yet to receive a response. The products were pricey and advertised to be something very different than what I received. They stayed on their website that there is a money back guarantee. I am doubtful that will occur given the lack of communication and responses.

Placed an order couple months ago, finally received a product labeled a Barubt. Not even what was advertised! Ripoff!

This is a horrible foundation. It covers absolutely nothing and is flaky. I have emailed a gazillion times for my money back guarantee and have received no response. I don't understand how they can get away with any of this.

I ordered the match cosmetics buy one get one free and was charged for both and can’t get in touch with them for a full refund . The makeup is not what they advertised. Scam scam

This is false advertising not to mention you order one bottle and get one free but instead they charged me for 2! I have emailed several times to return for full refund with no answer back! If you have dark skin this will not work! If anyone knows how to get them to reply for a return pls post

Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered their product, got another brand and it was awful. Have been emailing back and forth for over a month now trying to get my money back. They finally offered me 50% discount as a token of their appreciation? And now it’ll take weeks again to get a response because it’s just a game to them. It’s a scam. Stay far far away from this company. Report their ads on Facebook and write a bad review wherever you can. Hopefully we can save others from making this same mistake.

I ordered the special buy 2 get 2 free “Match Foundations”, got an entirely different product, and a month later, I too cannot get any response from this company, this other product is Barubt which I checked Amazon, and it is available and sold with next day shipping, also as low as $12.99, this is a dishonest company for sure!!!!😡😡😡😡 so angry!
