Missing product and no customer service help
I ordered 4 foundations and 2 cleanser duos. Almost 2 months later I received the foundations but nothing else. I've emailed countless times and no one responds to me. Foundation seems nice but I would like everything I paid for. I will update if I ever get a reply. UPDATE. 1/31 GOT 1 EMAIL SAYING THEY WOULD SEND TO A SUPERVISOR THEN NOTHING ELSE. HAVE SENT 17 EMAILS NOW.

Responding goes a long way ....
Ordered on 12/19- 2 for 1 + express processing = $44.95. 2 days later recieved email stating my package was on its way from match cosmetics. 10 days later I inquire about my package, was told that it was still in processing. I wait couple more days and reach out again and again and again....now I no longer want it, I'm told its to late to cancel now it's coming. Couple weeks go by and I did infact recieve my package. Much to my not so surprised/completely disappointed, product does not infact work. Now I've tried numerous times and emails even using PayPal to send this mess back and get my money back....nothing. Not a single response. Yall need to beef up communication skills, don't tell stories just to for the moment appease the customer. Respond Respond Respond

FRAUD! Did not receive Match Cosmetics brand...received BARUBT .. generic from CHINA
I ordered Match Cosmetics buy one get one free. It was advertised as Match Cosmetics and I received BARUBT. NOT MATCH COSMETICS. Some knock off from China. I have not been able to reach a customer service phone or email. They won't return any emails so I don't know if they are legit. Probably not. DO NOT ORDER from Match Cosmetics. YOU DO NOT RECEIVE WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Ordered 11/29 received 12/23/24 and tried to contact them that I didn't receive what they advertised....no response!!

Worst company ever
Worst company ever! I only got one of my products with the buy one get one. It took a month to get. It says American company, but it came from China. The website says money back guarantee, but there isn’t anywhere to access a return. I’ve sent several emails with no response. The foundation has horrible coverage. It’s just a cheap tinted moisturizer.
