Ordered on the 25th of September 2024. I am still waiting for my order.

If I could leave 0 I would absolutely awful company ordered a programme on 14 March still not received it on 23rd never again would I order anything from them.

Scammers dat jullie zijn, jullie hebben ons gescamed met 4 shirts, dat is bijna honderd euro, ik wil nu mijn shirts of ik haal de politie erbij.

Total scam

Ordered two Shirt in early october. By end of october, I contacted tvere help center. I did not get any reaction, but a Message, that my order was despatched via Royal Mail. My tracking number shows, that Royal Mail is expwcting my Order since late october 2024...
Another E-Mail from Mid-November is not answered till now.
Dont trust them.

Scam site. Money stolen, I shouldn't have fallen for it.

This site is a full of scam, i waited almost a month for my order, still nothing. I requested a refund, they've accepted it, now i'm waiting for my money for almost a month now. Website under maintenance, no respond from Whatsapp, their e-mail doesn't work anymore, complete joke....

1st order placed was brilliant and it arrived quickly. 2nd Order placed over a month ago has not been received and cannot contact them Email addresses bounce back and received no response to WhatsApp or insant messenger. Any suggestions .

Still no sign of order or responses to emails as at 17 December.

The website states under maintenance but after receiving an email from them (see below) it clearly isn’t a well maintained company. I have tried to contact the director over LinkedIn but then blocked me. I have reported this company to training standards and I now have their company details which was hard to find on companies house. Still have not received a refund or a human response and it’s been 5 weeks. The email below stating that their processing account was closed but from a previous email stating that they didn’t have a supplier and fell short on shirts.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our product (falling under gambling/loot boxes) Square chose to close our processing account down without warning, so until we find another processor, we are unable to operate.

Due to Square withholding our payments, we are unable to override the 180 day funds hold and the only way is to dispute via your bank (alternatively we can send via bank transfer). Please bear in mind at least 15 days must have passed from the original transaction date to file a dispute. If the shirts do arrive late, there is no need to return them.

If you have not filed a bank dispute, I can reimburse the amount via bank transfer within 24 hours. However, I cannot advise on the chargeback timeframe, as this depends on your bank.

Please can you let me know which option you’d prefer?

This company scammed me. I spent $60 on a mystery kit that I was supposed to open with my teammates. They all got one off a different website. I was dumb and ordered off of this one. Order randomly canceled and still no refund. Absolutely horrible, I’m very sad:(

They're actually a great company, website is just under maintenance, the company's been about for years and I've bought well over a dozen shirts over that time and I can confidently say that they are/were THE BEST mystery shirt company out there. Bar none.

Ordered 3 shirts in August, now 3 months later no shirts, and haven't received money back.

Never order from this company!!!!!!

I ordered 25/10, chased numerous times through support with no response.

Do not purchase, complete scam.

Bought a mystery box beginning of September, got a confirmation and all.
In October i got a Mail that the delivery is unfortunately delayed.
Now in November still nothing received, Emails aren't answered.

I ordered some shirts from them in August, which cost me £45. Now, in the middle of November, I still haven't received the shirts or my money back, even though I requested a refund over two months ago. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is clearly an example of people trying to scam others and steal their money. I cannot say it loud enough: DO NOT BUY FROM MATCHDAYMYSTERY.COM. If I could give them zero stars, I would, because I have never experienced worse treatment from any online seller before.

I brought a £12.99 mystery kids on 3rd sept , I messaged them 2 weeks later and it was then sent , I received it a couple days later , it was a Everton shirt , I have noticed that the Facebook page and messenger has now gone , and website not really there now , my last email from them was 24th oct about new shirts , I do not know what’s happened to the company

My son ordered himself 2 shirts and another box on 25th October. Like all the other reviews below recieved a confirmation email then radio silence.

Really poor absolute scam! The email bounces back and the website is under construction. I hope the scammers choke on whatever they buy with the hard earned money my son paid for those shirts.

Received an email to say my order has been cancelled - with no reason given.
Checked my account via their website and it showed as completed.
Have since messaged them via email & WhatsApp on 6th Nov & other dates, to find out if it is has actually been cancelled & if so, why and if I'll be refunded. - Have yet to receive any response to tell me what is happening.
Tried today to access my account via their website & now find it's offline - "Website under maintenance".

On the basis of lack of support & communication - Be very wary if contemplating placing an order - That's if the website ever comes online again.

Scammers!!!!! Paid for shirts in October, still not arrived. Customer service non existent and now they have taken the website down and email support is undeliverable…… scammers.
