Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’d like to clarify a few points regarding your order.

All of the returns information you’ve mentioned — including the fact that return postage is the customer’s responsibility and that exchanges carry a small re-shipping fee — is clearly outlined in our Returns Policy, which is available before purchase and again at checkout.

You were not refused a refund; when your return was processed, you selected an exchange rather than a refund. Exchanges do involve additional handling costs, which is why there is a postage fee for sending out the replacement item.

As a small independent business, we operate on very tight margins. This is why our policy is structured this way. It’s also worth noting that your first order was shipped out to you free of charge.

We always aim to be transparent with our customers, and we’re sorry if this was not clear at the time of your purchase. Given the circumstances, we feel this situation doesn’t fairly reflect a 1-star experience, and we’d appreciate it if you could consider updating your review to a more balanced rating.

Hi Andrew,

We’re disappointed to see this review as it doesn’t reflect the full situation. You opened a payment dispute with your bank, which meant we were legally unable to process a refund until the case was resolved. Once the case was closed in our favour, we immediately issued your refund as promised.

To suggest that we “lied” or refused a refund is simply untrue — the delay was entirely due to the dispute process that you yourself initiated.

We pride ourselves on being transparent and fair with all customers, but when a case is open, refunds cannot be processed until it’s legally cleared. Despite this, you did receive your refund in full.

We hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. To clarify, all of our returns terms are clearly outlined in our policy before purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and we apply a small restocking/return handling fee (usually £5–£10) due to the very tight margins we work on.

In your case, the £5 fee was applied in line with this policy. While we always encourage exchanges to avoid additional costs, refunds are still available subject to these conditions.

We understand returns can be frustrating, but we do our best to be transparent and fair with all customers. If you’d like us to review your case again, please contact our team directly and we’ll be happy to check further.

This review is completely false and misleading. All products we sell are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official suppliers. We have never had any verified issue with authenticity, and this claim is entirely unfounded.

We kindly ask that this review be removed as it is inaccurate and damaging.

Thanks for your feedback, and we're really sorry for the delay and lack of communication — we completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after paying for express shipping.

Your order was temporarily held due to a fraudulent activity flag that was automatically triggered by our system. While this turned out to be a false alarm, it did slow things down initially as we have to be extra cautious for the safety of all customers.

To add to that, we were also in the middle of transitioning to a new courier partner at the time, which meant we had to reconfigure our shipping codes and systems — and unfortunately this caused some additional disruption to processing timelines.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and are working hard to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
