Update: I like mostly everyone of Maureenedd's customers if not all was given the run around. I ordered my bras and they were supposed to be made and shipped from the U.S. which I now realized they weren't. They promised delivery in between 5 to 12 days....well that would have been I should have received my order on the 28th of October and no later than the 8th of November. Needless to say I never received them only bogus tracking numbers that showed no activity. Well good news PayPal found in my favor and took the money back from them. So I'm so grateful because based on the reviews of how substandard the quality of the merchandise was next I would have been playing the return game with them. So I was told when nd if ever I receive the merchandise I could keep it or return it.....I'll more than likely just put it in the garbage like the trash it is. I will continue to spread the word about this scam of a company.

This is a complete scam. DO NOT DO IT. I have been waiting on this package for a month and never go it. I purchased through PayPal so I was able to get most of my money back. Lesson learned never purchase stuff off of instagram. Complete fraud!!

I’d ordered my bras on oct 26 & am still waiting to receive them. They i Ty said 19 to 12 days delivery. From reading everyone else’s reviews I’m not holding my breath. I heard that if you are lucky enough to receive your order that the quality stinks & isn’t true to size. If I realized this product was from China I would have never purchased it. I honestly thought I checked out the company before purchasing but I guess I didn’t never ever am I throwing my money away again I’m so pissed!!!

Very poor quality. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE! The sizing is way off. To get a refund, you have to send the product to China. They offer 50% of your money back. Or paying to return them. Such a waste.

Ordered the BOGO on Sept 26, 2022. Tracking says it was delivered on Oct 26, 2022. I did not receive a package. Waiting on a response, will open a case on Paypal if they do not respond.

still waiting on the order i placed, until further than i will update my review as of right now it's late and my purchase were to be expedited because that's what i had paid for .

I order a brassiere almost two month ago and still Waiting the tracking system is vague and not accurate. On top of that the customer service they provide is an emai that always reply back that in 48 hours they will contact you! Big scam!! Don’t order as you will never Going to see your order or your money back! Ridiculous how they trick people.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They will not refund my items. The cup sizing are 3 times too small. The material is cheap and they have ZERO structure it support. They basically robbed me of $39. Now I’m stuck with 2 bras that don’t fit and they refuse to refund my money.

EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE as other reviewers, when order arrived, was sent two completely different sizes, in two completely different styles, with differing liner material, differing band widths, only one of which was the actual advertised product? Unfortunately, that product was also sent as 6" larger in band size than ordered, or than might remotely fit??

The second bra also arrived with underwires poking out the ends, even though both products I placed orders on were supposed to be wireless??

When I contacted the company and sent pics verifying these issues, the response I received from "LULU" asked me to send pics and describe my issues.... so I sent a second email and the exact same pics, only to be offered an $11 refund, and to keep the incorrectly sized, and incorrect/ defective bra, altogether.

When I again replied I just want my $$ back, I was sent another offer of a 50% refund to keep garbage product, or to send their company's incorrect order, and defective products, back to China on my own dime?? Mind you, there is still NO offer to actually send me what I ordered, or make things remotely right.

This company wants one thing, and that's YOUR $$$. There was and has been zero effort or offer to replace shoddy products and incorrectly shipped items. And that no-question, money-back guarantee has been a week of haggling over 10-30% offers with no mention of actually fulfilling the order I originally placed???

This company is a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and the $30, and find a more reputable business to endorse with your purchases! This organization is 100% shady and out to scam.

Definitely got scammed! On Fb they say no question money back guarantee. Said I would receive my order in 12-19 days and it was well over that. The bras that I received were two different sizes and neither of them the size that I ordered. At first they offered me 10% back. And then $19 and keep the product. I want my $40 refunded because I can’t do anything with a too small bra. Then her last offer was to send it back to them at my expense for a full refund. Knowing it cost an arm and a leg to ship from the us to China!!! Don’t get scammed like I did.

Fit is great! So comfortable and very affordable!!!

FB advertised "buy 1 get free" bras, just "add 2 pcs to cart" for $29.99. Company claims the product is made in the US and arrives with 5-10 business days. Product arrived 22 days after purchase, only to receive the wrong size and product. Both bras were made and shipped from China. Don't bother - total scam.
